The community is located an hour from downtown Chicago, serviced by the South Shore Railroad with connections between the historic Beverly Shores Train Station and Millennium Park in the heart of the city.
Beverly Shores offers miles of beaches with private parking for residences. There are many winding wooded lanes as well as the beautiful lakefront to walk and bike. A park with tennis court, spring-fed pond, picnic area, and playground is a few blocks from this home.
