This is a traditional Lowcountry design house, nicely decorated, on a full-sized lot in a lush, subtropical wooded neighborhood at the center of Sea Pines Resort. There is parking for four vehicles.
The living room and dining room of our 2400 square foot family home open onto a deck with a lovely forest view. There is a fully equipped kitchen and den/TV room with laundry facilities. The living room and den/TV room are divided by a wet bar. The four spacious bedrooms include one king, and six twins - each bedroom has a private toilet and sink; front two bedrooms share tub/shower, back two bedrooms share walk-in shower (Jack and Jill-style).There is a sofa bed in the den/TV room, with a half bath.
