This spacious 1250 square foot corner Condo has one of the best views in all of Playa Azul! You can see the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, the pool and sports facilities, El Yunque and the Westin resort from the balcony. Each room has a window with a gorgeous view and the condo is full of light. Newly added Internet in the condo is unlimited and free to guests!
It features three bedrooms, two full baths and a living/dining area with cable TV and a DVD/VCR player. The bedrooms have a King, a Queen, a pyramid bunk, a single, a cot and a PackNPlay crib. The master bedroom has a TV/DVD player as well. All linens are provided as well as extras such as beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and games.
The Condo has a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large expanding table. All cooking utensils are provided as well as a coffee maker, blender and microwave. The refrigerator and stove are brand new, as is all of the living room and bedroom furniture. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen for added convenience.
The gated Playa Azul complex is located one mile from Luquillo public beach, one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. The complex sits on its own large crescent beach with gently waves - perfect for body surfing, sunbathing or strolling. Luquillo public beach is a short walk to the West and an excellent surfing beach and miles of rugged undisturbed coastline to the East.
Inside the complex you will find tennis and basketball courts, two pools (including a baby pool), playgrounds, and a clubhouse. A grocery store, drug store, gas station and several restaurants are within walking distance.
The condominiums location in Luquillo is ideal for exploring the Eastern part of Puerto Rico. The rain forest is just a few minutes West on Route 3 and Fajardo (with ferries to Culebra and Vieques) is a few miles East. Kayaking and bioluminesceent tours are nearby. Shopping in Old San Juan and at the outlets is 30 minutes away. Several championship golf courses and casinos are located at resorts within a few miles. Stay in Playa Azul for a fraction of the cost of a hotel and enjoy the best of Puerto Rico!

Why the Owner Chose Luquillo
Our family has travelled all over the Caribbean and fell in love with Puerto Rico and especially Luquillo. Puerto Rico is easy to reach from the US, the locals are especially friendly and helpful, and the diversity of the island is worth visiting again and again. When we first travelled to Luquillo, we had 4 small kids and were looking for a reasoanably priced, family friendly vacation spot that was close to the airport, downtown San Juan, beautiful, swimmable beaches and other attractions. We all loved it enough to buy a condo there. We've found no other place that really has it all for families or couples.

We provide all bath and beach towels, a rolling cooler for the beach, and lots of other extras that you can't bring with you like surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Our condo has a corner balcony with a lounge chair as well as a table with 4 dining chairs. Perfect for dinner outside or cocktails by sunset.

Im a stay at home mom with 4 kids living in Alexandria, VA. Our family has owned 3 condos in Playa Azul, and I have managed them over the past 5 years. We now own just our favorite condo in building #2. I enjoy helping our guests plan their first or return trip to Puerto Rico, and provide them as much information as I can about area attractions, nearby islands, etc. Our family visits Luquillo as often as we can (not often enough!) and we are still overwhelmed with the beauty of Luquillo Beach and El Yunque.
