It is just minutes to the beautiful beaches in Sunset Beach and a short drive to Wilmington, NC and North Myrtle Beach, SC. Its central location provides the best location for beaches, amusements, dining and more!

The open kitchen and dining room area merge into the bright and airy living room, making it easy for friendly gatherings. The two large sliders open up to the outside patio, helping to bring gentle coastal breezes indoors!

Your fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare simple or gourmet meals. Each bedroom has two queen beds and private bath. One bath includes a large jacuzzi tub... a perfect way to end your day! Even if golf is not your passion, Brunswick Plantation has enough to keep you active and busy when not on the course. The community boasts indoor pool and jacuzzi (in addition to the large outdoor pool), and small fitness room.

This villa has been recently updated with new living room furnishings, upgraded kitchen appliances, freshly painted and new large screen televisions. (April 2006)

And with the beautiful beaches of Sunset Beach, North Carolina just minutes away, there is simply not enough time in the day to do everything. And when you are ready for someone else to cook for you, it is easy to be tempted by the numerous restaurants in Calabash - famous for their specially prepared seafood - or drive into North Myrtle Beach for live entertainment and dinner. For your added convenience, the unit boasts a washer and dryer. (Do not forget the over 100 golf courses within a 30 minute drive!)

Owner also owns a one bedroom, one bath first floor villa in the same community - perfect for family gatherings or reunions with friends. No need to crowd in one villa!
