The T and H Beach house is a beach-goer's paradise on Morning Glory. Located in Oceanside Village Resort, Surfside Beach, South Carolina, just five miles south of Myrtle Beach. Oceanside Village has 24 hour security and is 144 acre resort, with a gated entrance to private beachside parking, restrooms, shower, and The Conch Cafe.
Other amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor pool, kiddy pools, lighted tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, soccer field, new clubhouse, five beautiful fishing lakes, golf cart rental, and much, much more. There are many fun-filled activities all within a short driving distance from the park. A water park and many golf courses are just a few of the great attractions in this area.
This newly decorated beach bungalow is a two bedroom, two bath home, which includes sleeping for eight comfortably and is ideal for a one or two family vacation. Home layout provides a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and TV with VCR and an additional attached room with a quen-size sleeper sofa that is ideal for additional sleeping/recreation area. The second bedroom has bunk beds and is convenient to a bath room with a shower. There is also a laundry room, with washer and dryer, for your convenience. The living room is complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner, and TV with cable and a DVD player. Kitchen includes all necessary utensils, such as dishes, eating utensils, pots and pans and small appliances. A telephone is provided for local calls. Additional dining area is provided on the screened back porch. A front screened porch is included in the home layout and is a perfect way to enjoy your warm summer evenings.
Tenant to provide their own linens, however, linens can be supplied for an additional charge.

Was More Than We Expected

With the exception of the rude security guards at the gate, we had a fabulous week in this house. The owner went out of her way to address any questions I had about our stay when I inquired about the home. The beds were all comfortable and the house was clean. We will definately return!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
