This architect-owned, charming, light-filled three year old house on a cul de sac in a beautiful neighborhood is perfect for families. Quiet residential area, great for walking and bicycling. Our property abouts National Seashore property and the high school playing fields. A path adjacent to the property leads to Nauset Light Beach. The furniture and accessories are brand new for this season.
The house has one large bedroom (carpeted) and bath on the main floor, a dining area that seats 8-10 people, new kitchen with oak cabinets and floors, a carpeted living room with fireplace and glass doors to the deck which overlooks the woods. The deck is furnished with a table and chairs, and a new charcoal grill. The master bedroom and a large bedroom are located on the second floor, with bath. Washer/dryer are located in the basement.
Ben and Jerry's and other related shopping is two-tenths of a mile off the bike path as well as Arnold's for fried clams. Movie theaters about a five to ten minute drive. There is a miniature golf location around the corner from the house.
