Parking is conveniently located a few steps from your front door. This professionally decorated unit with tile throughout, features tropical, coastal colors in every room. Four sparkling pools, mini golf, and game room will keep your family entertained for hours. Casual restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and ball fields are within a 5-10 minute drive. Call owner.
KITCHEN - Cook and bakeware, barware for dining/cocktail hour.
LIVING ROOM - sleeper sofa & linen for additional guests.
DINING AREA - pleasantly situated to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
BUNK BED ALCOVE - two twin beds, bed rail on top, and reading lights.
BATHROOM - fluffy towels, tile floor, artwork-your personal spa.
MASTER BEDROOM - Qn. bed, tropical colors, white cottage furniture.
BALCONY - Table and chairs, sunny and breezy, great sun exposure.
Wireless Internet service available in resort clubhouse and pool area.
Pets allowed with some restrictions - dogs only.
We also have two other 2B/2B condos (sleeps 2-8).

Our Simple Reservation Process
Reserve your dates by phone or email.
The owner will send guest a lease and pre-arrival information.
The guest prints and signs lease, then returns lease to owner with payment.
The door code is given to guest one week prior to arrival.
The damage deposit is returned to guest within two weeks after departure.
