Hillside Hideaway is a fully restored, turn-of-the-century farmhouse. With five bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is the ideal getaway. Whether you are looking to rent the entire house or just one room we are committed to making your South Dakota experience unforgetable.

Situated on three acres in the heart of "pheasant country" the porches that wrap around Hillside offer stunning views of the South Dakota Prairie and have a natural elegance only found here. Operating as a bed and breakfast, we fully restored this 100 year old home in 2004. Still holding onto the charm of yesteryear, the interior holds many of the original early 1900 fixtures.

The nine foot ceilings, eight inch moldings, hardwood floors, pedestal soaking tub, and sunroom will have you taking a luxurious step back in time. Updated with modern conveniences like the decadent five foot by four foot shower in the upstairs bath, slate flooring in the kitchen, and spa services available by appointment we are a indulgence not to be missed.

Hillside is the ideal stop for Hunters (guide services available), Sturgis enthusiasts (indoor bike parking), and Families. You need only bring your personal items and food stocks for this getaway. We provide everything else. You will have access to a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc. for noon and evening meals. A full breakfast is included in room rental.Here at Hillside cleanliness of accoumidations is a top priority.

Beautiful sunset views surround this bed and breakfast with many of the guests taking advantage of the sight from the second story balcony. It is easy to slip into country life here with a walk through the gardens or asking for directions to the local antique auction. We welcome you at Hillside with the simplicity and beauty of South Dakota Hospitality.
