The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was our first trip to the Gulf and we loved it. We were able to park on the third floor parking garage right next to the condo door. The condo has a perfect location and the girls loved the 3 pools and the easy access to the beach. Tim and Myra were great to work with. We can't wait to come back.

We had a great time and this condo was as described. Clean and welcoming, everything worked, comfy beds. The view is awesome and you are located smack in the middle of the building over the pools. Another nice thing, you can park in the parking garage on the third floor where the condo is and you can unload your car in about 5 minutes! It is literally 50 ft from trunk to the front door. PLenty to do around here and you can walk to many things. Have fun!

Our stay in LH 309 was fabulous. Tim was so wonderful to work with. Jimmy Buffet concert was great. The local restaurants still had the wonderful food and fun we have come to love about Gulf Shores. The unit was very comfortable and the location in the middle of the building was a perfect place to see all the activity around the pool area. We loved the keyless entry for the door; no bothersome keys to keep track of while we were out at the beach! Kitchen had adequate utensils for meal preparation. It was so nice to be so near the parking lot and the door to the parking lot; really handy. We liked the 3rd floor because we don't like elevators and waiting on elevators. We were able to take the stairs down to the beach. This unit was affordable for us and we are very thankful to Tim and Myra for sharing their beach property with us. We will check out this unit the next time we get back.

We stayed in condo #302 and we had a great time.It was our 1st time to Gulf Shores and I was amazed at the size of the beaches.It was nice and the weather was great for New years Day.The condo was clean and had alot more room than I thought.The kids loved the bunk beds and the view was perfect,not to high and not to low.The best for me was how easy it was to get in and out of the room.Go up to the top of the parking deck and back up to the room.Also using a code for the door was better than trying to keep up with a card,any family member could go to the room without having to find someone with a card.Lighthouse had many things fof us all to do.It was a little cool in Jan.for the outside pools but the kids enjoyed the inside pool while the wife and myself walked on the treadmills and could keep an eye on them at the same time.Some of the bests places to eat were within 5 miles and a Walmart was nearby for any of our needs.On the way out my wife ask me when are we coming back and she wanted this same place.Cant wait to go again.Mr. Burns was easy to work with and had me set up in no time.I have been to many vrbo condos and Mr. Burns had the best setup Ive delt with yet.

Perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect. We will hopefully take another trip very soon. I told my parents about it. They booked a couple of nights and enjoyed it as much as we did. Wonderful!

Although I can't prove it I think Dan had the perfect weather piped in as well! This condo is so confortable, classey and yet very "homey". You will relax after a great day on a beautiful white beach that is a short walk past 2 awesome pools. I cannot put the exact feeling into words because it just was one great experience after another. Take the risk/chance on this rental and you will get your money's worth and then, some! I will be a visitor again, that I know for sure.

This condo was great!! We were first time VRBO users and Tim was very easy to work with. Our three young children, my mother, my husband and I all loved this place! We stayed in 9/07 and here it is April and we wanting to go again. I can't say enough good things about our experience. It was one of the best vacations ever.

Wonderful!!!!! What more can I say? The condo was perfect for our needs and everyone at the complex was so friendly. A wonderful Spring Break getaway for 4 old folks. If only the weather had been warmer, but it was still beautiful. We loved watching the dolphins play right in front of the condo. All in all a great week and wonderful condo. Tim has been wonderful to work with, looking forward to stayin in his condo again.
