Enjoy the charming coziness of this cottagey log cabin boasting a Seasonal lake view from its secluded, wooded lot. The serene & peaceful surroundings of this Kentucky vacation home will guarantee that you will come away refreshed following your stay! This cabin features 1800 sf of living area on 3 spacious levels. There are hardwood floors, and native cedar or beaded board walls throughout. The Great Room, with cathedral ceilings, features a Sitting Nook. There are 2 full-baths and 4 bedrooms. The cook in your group will love the adorable, chef-friendly kitchen equipped with every imaginable gadget & a dozen basic spices. The screened porch and open-deck are wonderful places to relax! After your day on Lake Cumberland, gather around the cozy fire you've built in the outdoor fire pit. Later, snuggle in for a movie from our DVD library on the large-screen TV, a game of cards or a good book from our collection. If you desire relaxation & serenity, this place will surely capture your heart! Guests can also enjoy the recreational facilities of Golden Pond Resort which include: swimming, tennis, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes and a covered picnic shelter with grills and a play area for the little ones. The on-site pond not only offers a place to relax while listening to the soft trickle of the man-made water feature, but also offers great fishing. Weekly stays are for 6 nights; 3-night minimum on holidays based on weekend rates.
