Estero Beach and Tennis Club is a great condominium complex. It sits on 7 acres of well landscaped areas, tennis courts, heated pool, areas for sunning or shade, and plenty of parking. Unlike many condos on Estero Blvd., it sits back from the road. Another bonus with Estero Beach and Tennis Club is that it is on the South end of the beach, which is quieter and considerably less traffic. Yet, there are still plenty of restaurants and store close by. We think this is an ideal location for enjoying beach life at its best.

My husband and I grew up in the Midwest, but we have always loved the beach. We vacationed in Florida with our 3 children for the past 40 years and after staying at Estero Beach and Tennis Club for more than a decade, we decided to buy a condo there. We found one that had a great view, nicely appointed, and felt like "home" -- so we purchased it. Since we can't spend all our time at the condo (still working)we decided to share our favorite place with others. We think of our condo as our "home away from home" and are always thrilled when other people love it as much as we do. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Ft Myers than this unit. The views are fantastic, the condo is updated and the decor and style was very fitting to a beach front property. We went in May just prior to Memorial Day weekend which made for less tourist traffic. The pool right next to the condo was clean and never full of people. The condo provided beach chairs and umbrella which was extremely convenient to take on the beach (which was also nicely vacant of big crowds). There is a 7-Eleven walking distance across the parking lot from the condo which provides a Red Box for movie rentals. Several great restaurants across the street serving authentic Italian pizza, an ice cream cafe, a sports bar, etc. The owners are very easy to work with and genuinely care that you have an enjoyable stay. We would go back in a heartbeat. Relaxing, fun, and an overall ideal place to bring a small family for a budget friendly vacation or a couples getaway.

I've stayed close to Times Square- Mid Island and then here at the south end of the island- EBTC is clearly my favorite. This condo is perfect for one couple- overlooks the pool w/ a clear gulf view. Very beautiful sunsets and a breeze all day and nite. Wildlife estuary out front- friendly residents and guests- lots of pubs, restaurants within walking distance, etc.
