    We have just spent an amazing week at this magnificent Condo,the furnishings,new kitchen,bathroom,2 flat screen T.V. and,patio furniture are a credit to its owners.It has stunning full front sea views from the 3rd floor on all three sdes of the patio.The sea is brilliant blue and lovely white sands with a couple of creeks full of exiting bird life and very often Dolphins swim past the condo i even did some successful fishing in the sea.The place is very secure with ample car parking should you wish to go into town ( about 5 miles away there is a cute trolley service every 45 mins but the last one is about 8pm its a measley 50cents fare.Across the street from the condo is Santinis Plaza with about 3/4 faboulous restaurants one being Mexican and Sports bar not to mention a Seafood restaurant right on the dockside.Iff you only need a sandwich the is also a Subway shop.A couple of miles down the road there is a Publix where you can buy fabulous steaks to eat on one of the many gas bbq,s at the condo.We where here last year celebrating our our Ruby Wedding Anniversary in a different condo at the same time and has then the weather was wonderful in the low 80s every day its definatley worth the long journey from the UK. The owners Marilyn and Bob do their utmost to make your stay unbeleivable and again we hope to be back next year

    Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    This is our 3rd time at your condo. We having such a great time. It is very relaxing. Took a ride down to the Shell Factory, Flea Markets in Bonita Springs, went to the Mall on 41. We meet some new friends and they fell in love with your condo. Thank you so much. We really enjoyed our time here. We'll be back!

    Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We had a great, relaxing time! Condo was beautiful, weather great! Couldn't have asked for a better setting for my husband and I to reconnect after deploymnet! Just wish we could have had a few more days.

    We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Ft Myers than this unit. The views are fantastic, the condo is updated and the decor and style was very fitting to a beach front property. We went in May just prior to Memorial Day weekend which made for less tourist traffic. The pool right next to the condo was clean and never full of people. The condo provided beach chairs and umbrella which was extremely convenient to take on the beach (which was also nicely vacant of big crowds). There is a 7-Eleven walking distance across the parking lot from the condo which provides a Red Box for movie rentals. Several great restaurants across the street serving authentic Italian pizza, an ice cream cafe, a sports bar, etc. The owners are very easy to work with and genuinely care that you have an enjoyable stay. We would go back in a heartbeat. Relaxing, fun, and an overall ideal place to bring a small family for a budget friendly vacation or a couples getaway.

    Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    We enjoyed our stay again this year. The weather was great. We walked the entire length of the island - we will be back. Loved the new granite countertops and new windows and door.

    Oh! What a glorious week we've had. Your condo is so well equipped! We both love to cook and enjoyed most of our meals in. We had everything we needed for some great shrimp and fish. We also made use of the beach towels and chairs and practically lived on the balcony, especially in the morning and after sunset. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo.

    I've stayed close to Times Square- Mid Island and then here at the south end of the island- EBTC is clearly my favorite. This condo is perfect for one couple- overlooks the pool w/ a clear gulf view. Very beautiful sunsets and a breeze all day and nite. Wildlife estuary out front- friendly residents and guests- lots of pubs, restaurants within walking distance, etc.

    You've thought of everything to make a vacation fabulous. We felt right at home. Your attention to detail made our stay so enjoyable and carefree. Watching the sunsets from your balcony is one memory that will sustain us through our long northern winter. Thanks for the hospitality.
