This kama'aina beach hale was built by our family in 1931. It is an authentic Plantation home, located on prestigious Mokulua Drive, offering the comfort and ambience of Old Hawaii, but with all the modern conveniences of 2008, including WiFi for your Internet connection! Very few real Hawaiian Plantation homes have been restored and preserved like this one: Hawaiian quilts on the beds, lauhala mats on the floors, all native plants and flowers in the gardens. Ceiling fans add to the aura and charm of this Old Hawaii jewel. This treasure is available for you to enjoy. There are two bedrooms in the main hale and another bedroom in the detached ohana, a second Plantation cottage on the property. You will be located across the street from the famous Lanikai Beach, named the Most Beautiful Beach in the World by the Travel Channel. A two-person, fully equipped kayak is waiting there for you!

30 DAY MINIMUM REQUIRED:FIRST 30 DAYS:$4000; add'l time rates are negotiable.
Main hale sleeps 4; Ohana cottage sleeps 2 more.
Deposit of 20% required 1 week after booking.
Full amount due 30 days prior to arrival.  State taxes are 11.95%.
Departure cleaning fees are $175 for the house; $50 for the ohana cottage.
Refundable Security Deposit $200.  Christmas/Holiday rates on request.
30 day minimum is required; rates for additional time are negotiable.
