Furnished with NEW pillows and linens Spring '09 and located approximately one-half mile off highway 192 and near shopping and restaurants, this spacious home includes kitchen, living area with cable television, DVD player & FREE WiFi. The laundry room is on the main floor as well. There is a TV/DVD player with cable also in masterbedroom. A highchair, portable crib and stroller are provided for baby's needs. Hair dryers in both upstairs bathrooms make for one less item you need to pack! This unit is just a short walk to the clubhouse which boasts a heated pool, spa, tiki bar with 'Kareoke Nights', game room, sauna, fitness facility, cyber cafe, sand volleyball, children's play area, and nature trail! The helpful clubhouse staff can assist with making transportation and reservations arrangements to local attractions, restaurants and golf courses.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Island Resort
Every time we visit we comment on the comfort of the townhouse and truly feel our Emerald Island villa is 'a home away from home.' I often tell propective guests that we had the choice to buy in one of many communities and we chose Emerald Island. The lush foliage of the conservancy and the nieghborhood atmosphere really sold us! It is a beautiful and safe, gated community with quick access to all local attractions.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
One of our favorite things to do while vacationing is trying new restaurants. There is no lack of eateries to explore in the area. Local dining, plenty of delicious seafood as well as upscale cuisine are ready and awaiting the traveler. Then out for a night on the town or return to the quiet comfort of our villa for a relaxing evening.

My husband & I love Central Florida and consider it the perfect jumping off point to explore all that Florida has to offer. Both beautiful coasts are only an hours drive away with gorgeous sandy beaches and plenty of local atmosphere. And of course the numerous theme parks are 'just up the road' from Kissimmee. We've been bringing both our daughters to Kissimmee/Orlando since they were small and someday look forward to bringing grandchildren! We hope you enjoy your stay and wish you many happy returns.

We rented this home for a short 3 day Disney trip with 2 small children. Location was great, about 4 miles from all of Disney parks, less than 2 miles to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations. Complex had helpful security guards who monitored all traffic and clubhouse staff that was also very helpful. Pool and small kids playground at clubhouse were well kept. Home was exactly as described and spotless when we arrived. Owner provided extremely good communication regarding process for renting, payment, deposits, check-in/check-out process. Security deposit was returned promptly after checkout. (Less than 4 days later) I would recommend this home to anyone I know going to the Orlando area.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We recommend this townhouse to anyone vacationing at Disney World. There is so much more space than a hotel room, much more comfortable than a hotel room and the price is right too! It's in a great location...close to the parks, restaurants, grocery and shopping. We liked the fact that the bedrooms were upstairs...those who wanted to stay up late didn't disturb anyone else's sleep and those that got up early didn't either! The pool is a short walk from the condo and was always kept clean. We would definitely like to come back the next time wer'e in Florida.

Jodene and Mark, we can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your townhouse. This was our second visit and I know we will keep coming back. (We already have another trip planned with your townhouse rented). The home was clean and spacious. With 3 kids it was great to be able to spread out after a long day at the parks. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals when we didn't want to eat out and being able to wash clothes made packing easy. The price was way under what most people charge and cheaper than most one room hotels. In a nutshell, the townhouse was AWESOME. Thanks again.

Hi Jodene, Greetings from snowy Canada! We rented your townhouse in March of 2010 for the month. Our grandchildren came down for a week and throughly enjoyed the townhouse and the area. They are after us to book again so we would like to rent the townhouse for the month of March in 2012. That seems so far away but they are getting excited already!
