Just three miles from Disney, and near Orlando's most exciting attractions, this beautiful townhouse puts the shortest distance between your family and Florida adventure!

Furnished with NEW pillows and linens Spring '09 and located approximately one-half mile off highway 192 and near shopping and restaurants, this spacious home includes kitchen, living area with cable television, DVD player & FREE WiFi. The laundry room is on the main floor as well. There is a TV/DVD player with cable also in masterbedroom. A highchair, portable crib and stroller are provided for baby's needs. Hair dryers in both upstairs bathrooms make for one less item you need to pack! This unit is just a short walk to the clubhouse which boasts a heated pool, spa, tiki bar with 'Kareoke Nights', game room, sauna, fitness facility, cyber cafe, sand volleyball, children's play area, and nature trail! The helpful clubhouse staff can assist with making transportation and reservations arrangements to local attractions, restaurants and golf courses.

  • Jodene & Mark- Our stay in your townhouse was near perfection! It was SO close to Disney World, which was our main reason for our visit to Kissimmee, to celebrate our daugher's 4th birthday. I felt so at home in your place and knew after a long day at the park, at the pool, or shopping, we could go back and relax in our home away from home. It was so handy to not have to pack a stroller, pack and play, or a highchair! Your place was immaculate, clean, cozy, and spacious. It had everything we needed and then some. Our whole family loved it. None of us wanted to come home! We'll certainly be calling you for future trips to the area. Thanks again for providing such a beautiful home for us to stay at during vacation.

  • Jodene, We had a great time staying in your home. Our daughter played fastpitch softball at the Wide World of Sports Complex. The complex was no more then 10 minutes from your home. Places to eat and shop are very close also. It was so nice to be able to come home and relax after a day playing. The pool is in walking distance and we actually had time to go to the beach, about an hour drive. When we come down again we will be sure to stay again. Thanks, Scott & Denise

  • It was so nice to have a pack-n-play, high chair and stroller already at the house so we didn't have to pack them with us. The location was great and the pool and playground were only a short walk away. Plenty of towels and other linens were also there to make the stay even easier.   • Very nice Townhouse. I loved the whole area. It was great for walking and very close to all of the Disney Properties. The club house and pool were very nice. Everyone was very friendly and polite.
