Located in Kissimmee, Florida - 10 minutes from Mickey's doorstep - Emerald Island is a prestigious Resort protected by a wildlife conservation area. It encompasses 300 acres, 11 of which have been preserved as natural woodland interspersed with walking trails in the heart of the community.

Our Sun Key home is a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse within a quick walk to the main clubhouse and pool.
In July 2012 the townhome received $10K worth of updates including fresh paint, new carpet, some new furniture, new bedding/linens, dishware, cookware, flat screen TV's and more, making it one of the nicest vacation rental homes in the area!
We offer FREE WiFi and FREE local/long distance calling within the U.S. (plus 100 FREE minutes per week calling to Canada).
This home has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, small appliances (such as a blender to make margaritas!!), cookware, and a large stock of dishes and glassware; a dining room with seating for six and an inviting living area with 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD player and a micro-stereo with iPod docking station. The backyard dining terrace has a bistro set and backs onto the beautiful conservation area.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 26 inch flat screen TV with DVD player,a full ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the surrounding woodlands.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet with built-in drawers as well as hanging racks. The third bedroom has two twin beds (one bed with a Toy Story theme and one bed with a Princesses theme) as well as a small TV with DVD player.
A highchair, portable crib and stroller are provided for baby's needs. Hair dryers in both upstairs bathrooms make for one less item you need to pack! A private main floor laundry room is also available for guest use.

- Conveniently located only minutes from Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom; Universal Studios, Sea World and many other area attractions.
- Additional services and shopping are very accessible; there are two grocery stores within 1.5 miles of the resort. Local restaurants abound, including Carrabba's Italian Grill, Giordano's Pizza (eat in or take-out), TGI Fridays, Taco Bell, Outback Steakhouse and Red Lobster to name a few!

The townhouse is beautiful and comfortable, completely equipped. Everything worked properly. Rooms are big with very comfy beds. Location is excellent, just 10 - 15 minutes from Disney parks and near many restaurants, stores, supermarkets, etc. The owner was very kind and helpful. She always answered our questions in minutes! We had a fabulous holiday at 2737 Sunkey Place. The townhouse is ideally situated, just ten minutes or so to Disney and about 20 minutes to Universal and SeaWorld etc. The townhouse was very clean and modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were big and comfy and there was plenty of storage and hanging space. The kitchen is excellent and has everything you would need if you wanted to cook in. I just wanted to thank you for helping to make our Florida vacation even more wonderful. We were overjoyed when we stepped into your townhouse for the first time. It was so clean and new and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay! The kids loved their bedrooms and all the flat screen tvs and even played many of the board games that you had there. I loved the kitchen set up (we saved a lot of money by eating in) and the washer and dryer was great to have with all the swimming and activities at the local attractions (we didn't have to pack as much.) It was close to stores when we needed things and Disney but secluded enough to always feel like we were truly on vacation. We loved everything so much we have shared our great experience with everyone we know and have already had many of our friends and family ask for your information and plan to stay there on their next visit to Florida! The townhouse was lovely. Very clean and well equipped. From the moment I arrived I was in love with the property. The pool house and amenities were very clean and staff very curtious.
