LOCATION: East Sand Dune Lane, A.K.A. East 90th street, Peahala Park/Beach Haven Park, New Jersey... Three Houses from the Beach!

Long Beach Island is a unique family oriented vacation paradise! L.B.I. offers plenty of day and night activities for children, teens, and adults. Your vacation can be as action packed or as quiet and leisurely as you wish. Your vacation home is located on a quiet dead end street only steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

UNIT TWO:
Is a second floor, three(3)bedroom, one(1)bathroom unit, which sleeps six (6). Unit #2 features a large ocean view deck with a roll-away/retractable awning to enjoy the shade and cool ocean breeze after a long day at the beach. Watch the sunrise over the ocean, and sunset over the bay.

Table and chairs with seating for six is provided on the outside deck. Unit #2 is also equipped with a gas barbecue grill.

Your kitchen is fully equipped, and includes the following appliances:
Full-size Gas Range, Full size Micro Wave Oven, Refrigerator, and dishwasher. Stackable washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
Your vacation home comes equiped with Central Air Conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable. The Central heating system will keep you warm and cozy if you decide to stay with us during the peaceful off season.
Enjoy ocean views from your kitchen, living room, and Master bedroom #1.
The living room fearures a color TV, with VCR and DVD Combo. The Master Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 feature a 13" combination color TV and DVD. Bedroom #3 comes with a 13" color TV.

Our home on East Sand Dune Lane is the perfect Summer/beach vacation get away. Large families or friends that like to vacation together can book the same week in both units, and spend that much talked about reunion at the beach, together in one house, but still enjoy their privacy.
(Unit #1 VRBO #173601 is located on the 1st floor)

Both units #1 (First Floor) and unit #2 (Second Floor) feature Wireless Internet Service, ample off street parking, and a shared rear yard ground level deck. An outside shower is provided to wash the sand off after a long day at the beach.

Note: Outside Shower has a changing area with a bench, large mirror, and lighting should you return from the beach after sunset.

  • We stayed on the 2nd floor of this lovely beach house over Memorial Day. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, well-equipped. A very nice place for a vacation. The beds are comfortable too. Location couldn't be better - right at the beach access. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

  • My wife and I recently had a baby and decided that this year we would go to LBI for our daughter's first "beach vacation". We spent a considerable amount of time looking at rental properties in the spring, trying to find the perfect place and we were very pleased to have found this one. We thought that it was very reasonably priced, especially for a place that has been remodeled, inside and out, and is located 3rd from the beach. The style of the house has a real “beach house” feel, but has all the conveniences of home with central a/c, among other things. We also thought it was very clean, which was extremely important to us since our daughter crawls all over and would put anything she touches in her mouth. We were also pleased that it was on a relatively quiet and friendly street. We rented the second floor, which has a great view of the beach. Since this was our first vacation with a child, it didn’t take us long to realize how glad we were to be so close to the beach. We had a great week and are already looking forward to coming back next year.
