We stayed on the 2nd floor of this lovely beach house over Memorial Day. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, well-equipped. A very nice place for a vacation. The beds are comfortable too. Location couldn't be better - right at the beach access. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I recently had a baby and decided that this year we would go to LBI for our daughter's first "beach vacation". We spent a considerable amount of time looking at rental properties in the spring, trying to find the perfect place and we were very pleased to have found this one. We thought that it was very reasonably priced, especially for a place that has been remodeled, inside and out, and is located 3rd from the beach. The style of the house has a real “beach house” feel, but has all the conveniences of home with central a/c, among other things. We also thought it was very clean, which was extremely important to us since our daughter crawls all over and would put anything she touches in her mouth. We were also pleased that it was on a relatively quiet and friendly street. We rented the second floor, which has a great view of the beach. Since this was our first vacation with a child, it didn’t take us long to realize how glad we were to be so close to the beach. We had a great week and are already looking forward to coming back next year.

help your house sounds great but i'd like to be a litle more south by 104th st. do you know any rentals ? we may come back to you - your the closet so far - this is for summer 2008 thanks- rhonda

We had a great time at this house! The whole week was great, even the day it rained. The waves were great as well. Even the seagulls were great. This is a beautiful house near the beach, thanks for allowing us to live in it for a week. The sunrises and sunsets are exsquisette around here. Thanks again!

Rockland County, NY We had a relaxing weekend by the ocean. The kids enjoyed jumping and boarding the waves, and building in the sand. The weather was great too. The beach House simple and convenient.
