Boogie Board Inn is a fun, family friendly home. Our guests like being able to walk across the street to the heated pool, park and tennis courts. It is a short stroll to the beach, to the downtown shops or to attend special community events. "Groovin on the Green" is a time honored happening the whole family will enjoy. Bring a blanket, listen to the live music, sip a glass of wine, watch the sunset over the lake and meet your neighbors.
You will love all that this private, gated community has to offer including the belltower at the center of the village. Its 35 bells announcing the quarter hour create a serenity that is hard to find. One visit and you are hooked. Carillon is a special place.
Unlike Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Sea Crest, Sea Grove Beach and many other communities along 30-A, Carillon is South of the highway. With no busy roads to traverse, you and the kids are free to walk, ride bikes and enjoy this secure, pedestrian friendly, gulf front village.
Boogie Board Inn is a two-story home that sleeps nine with bedrooms on both the main and 2nd level. The "Inn" is professionally decorated in bright beachy colors and a fun flair to make sure you stay in that "I am away from it all" frame of mind!
You will appreciate the attention to every detail. A custom crafted lighthouse lights the way as you ascend the stairs to the second floor where you will find two master bedrooms(King and Queen-size beds), each with a private and spacious bathroom, vaulted ceilings and original artwork. A children's nautical theme bunk room that includes a double bed with twin bunk (sleeps three)and private bath rounds out the upstairs accommodations.
Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, a suite with queen-size bed that overlooks a beautiful fountain and patio sitting area. This bedroom is perfect for the teenager who needs some space or grandparents who want the convenience of a main floor suite. All four bedrooms have TV/DVD/VHS.
You will love the clean, crisp hardwood and tile throughout, the custom lighting, the granite counter tops in kitchen and master bathrooms and the designer window treatments! A big screen high definition TV in the living room is perfect for movie night or the big game. For those who must stay connected, we offer a WI-FI, wireless, broadband internet connection. The large porch verandas have ceiling fans and audio speakers - a perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Boogie Board Inn is just seven houses from the dune walkover. Resort style lounge chairs and umbrella are set up daily for your exclusive use. Back at the house an outdoor shower and dressing room make the clean-up after the beach a breeze.
Guests also have the option of using the Carillon Beach Club which offers the convenience of a second pool right on the beach. There is a third pool overlooking the lake for those who like variety. Bicycle rentals are available at the shops in downtown Carillon or bring your own.
The new Northwest Florida Beaches Intl Airport offers low cost fares with daily flights available on Southwest and Delta Airlines. Boogie Board Inn is a short, 9 miles from this beautiful airport.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! This was our first time to stay at Carillon Beach and we fell in love!! This house was the perfect size with a wonderful floor plan. We had 6 adults and 2 children and we never felt cramped for space. Even better....every bedroom has its own private bathroom!!! We loved how close everything was. This house is situated a short walk to the pool and the beach!!! The neighborhood is picturesque! Very safe! Perfect house...perfect vacation! We will be back next year!!!

Carillon Beach and Boogie Board Inn made for a great family vacation. Boogie Board Inn was a perfect size for our extended family of 8. Grandpa loved the front veranda for his afternoon siesta. We all liked the outdoor shower after a morning at the beach. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool in the evening. The kitchen was had all the necessities and the plastic ware for the little ones was perfect. We had perfect weather during our stay and the uncrowded beaches were great. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boogie Board Inn this July 4th week. The house was in a perfect location between the beach and the pool/play area. The beaches were clean and beautiful, the water clear and blue! The spacious Boogie Board Inn was well equipped and and wonderfully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay, and we can't wait to come back next year!

The house was the perfect size and layout for our big family group....6 adults, 4 kids and 2 babies! The grandparents took the downstairs bedroom and everyone else fit comfortably upstairs! The kids loved the bunk room with the lighthouse nightlight. The babies were very happy in their pack-n-plays with their moms and dads in the two master bedrooms upstairs. The little town of Carillon is adorable and has a gorgeous beach! We had perfect weather and we enjoyed chasing the dolphins in our rented Kayaks! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful house.
