Beautifully furnished white water view beach front lower level unit on a private beach in an exclusive gate guarded community. The living area has a 42" HDTV and opens to an ocean view patio with a spa, gas barbeque and teak patio furniture. The two spacious bedrooms offer a California King bed, a full bed, and a bunk bed. In the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa. We also have a nice raised inflatable queen size bed.

There is also a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and HDTV in the garage for fun.

This property was remodeled with new windows, doors, hardware, cape cod mouldings/baseboard, new window coverings, carpeting, travertine floors, paint, granite countertops, appliances along with new furnishings.

The homes allow you to step out on to your own private beach with additional miles of public beach for daily activities and exercise. Dining in the surrounding area consists of a famous Mexican restaurant, an Italian restaurant and Sushi within walking distance. We also have waterfront dining on the San Clemente Pier or in the Dana Point Harbor. There are many more upscale restaurants in the vicinity due to the proximity of the nearby Luxury Hotels inclusive of The Ritz Carlton, The St. Regis and The Montage Resort.

Shopping in the area has everything from the Shops at Mission Viejo to South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island. They all offer valet parking and more items than you can possibly imagine.
