The apartment, of 75 m², entirely new is located at the Palais de Miramar, ancient palace from the beginning of the century renovated in 2011. This magnificent building located in the 'golden square' of the Croisette, facing the sea between the Carlton and Martinel hotels will seduce you with its atmosphere loaded with history. Many famous figures frequented it in the 50's. You will like the imposing marble stairwell with its garden view, the common areas' volumes, also fully renovated.
For your security, a concierge service is provided 24h/24 with surveillance cameras.
No need of a car, the building is ideally located very close to the beaches, the restaurants, the shops and at less than 10 minutes from the Palais des Festivals.

You will find many storage cupboards all the needed equipment to make your stay easier.
