This villa has a beautiful water view and a Key West theme furnishings. It is decorator furnished and custom painted. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a large open great room with vaulted ceiling, dining area, full size kitchen with pantry and a screened porch.
The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and private bathroom. There is a sliding door to a screened porch. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. The full size kitchen is completely equipped for all your meal preparation needs. The great room has generous comfortable seating. There are ceiling fans throughout, TV/blu-ray player in the great room and smaller tvs in the bedrooms, full-size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board.
The villa is a second floor (top floor) end unit with extra windows that has a bright and cheery atmosphere. The front entry has a very large pond and fountain view and a sunset view. Relax, eat or read on the screened porch with it's tranquil lagoon and golf course views and frequent wildlife. Gorgeous views from front to back just makes you "feel good"! The swimming pool is a very, very short walk. There are two pools/hot tubs, tennis courts and a grill (community shared). The villa has an upscale look with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

We spent more than 10 years searching the southeastern coast of the US to find the perfect beach. Once we found Sunset Beach, NC we KNEW we had found our place. It was easy to choose Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay because it is a clean, quiet, well-kept community that is close to the beach, golf, shopping, entertainment and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Sunset Beach and our condo is an easy drive from Myrtle Beach, SC airport and the activities found in Myrtle Beach. The pretty and historic city of Wilmington, NC is also a nice ride. So, our condo was even more than we anticipated finding and the location is convenient to many of the places we would likely visit. Weather is great, too! What more could we want, except to share it with you.

Each year we go down to visit Grammy and Grandpop and this was the perfect place. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and just minutes from the grandparents and the beach. Your place was beautiful and in great condition when we arrived. We finally came down at the right time of year to enjoy the screened porch where we had coffee most mornings. It was perfect for our family. And the location near the pool served us well. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Our family of four enjoyed spending a full week during the Thanksgiving holiday in this lovely villa at Sandpiper Bay. The property was clean, attractively decorated and had an amply supplied kitchen. The condo development is quiet and well maintained. A newly opened bridge allows an easy drive to Sunset Beach with both Holden and Ocean Isle Beach also close by. Despite it being late November we enjoyed beautiful warm weather for beach walks and bocce ball. The owners were quite helpful and friendly. We look forward to a return visit to this relaxing place.

As in the past, we look forward to having the opportunity to use your golf villa for the winter months. This is truly our "home away from home". I had a great experience staying here. In fact, I have stayed in this unit several times. The second floor unit is a perfect location- overlooking the tee at a par 3 and a pond. It is bright, clean and beautifully furnished. The owners are very friendly. Conveniently located very close to the pool and hot tub. I definitely recommend this place.
