Enjoy all the comforts of home in the mountains in this 2550 square foot beautifully decorated spacious townhome. This gorgeous Townhome is located on the South side of Dillon Reservoir with unobstructed views of the wetlands, the lake, and the mountains. This four bedroom, three and a half bath, and sleeps 10 persons. There is room in the garage for one car with additional parking in the driveway. It has a six person hot tub on the back deck to enjoy the mountains and lake. There is also high speed internet, to use when you need to do a little business or just check your e-mail. Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedroom, on the top floor has wonderful views, and has a King bed, large walk in closet and spacious private bathroom with double sink vanity, with separate shower and oversized soaking bathtub. There is a TV in this bedroom. There are two bedrooms on the second level that share a bath. One has a full size bed, and the other has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has wonderful lake views, and has a queen sleigh bed and private bath. In the family room downstairs there is a double sofa sleeper, and roll a way if needed. Floor Plan: The open and bright living room on the main floor has abundant windows, and views with cathedral ceiling. There is a leather sofa across from the gas fireplace. There is a TV/DVD and VCR to enjoy. The views out the windows are of the Mountains and lake. The dining room table seats six with an additional seating at the breakfast bar with five barstools. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room and has beautiful knotty pine cabinets, spacious countertops, and black appliances and is fully equipped with Stove, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, and dishwasher. All plates, glasses, and silverware is provided. The downstairs family room also has a TV/DVD and VCR and walk out patio with views of the lake and mountains. There is also a Stereo with CD player to enjoy your favorite music CD. NOT AVAILABLE JAN-APRIL!
