Ready to rent this beautiful new condo has spectacular views. This spacious condo has all new furnishings and decorations that are very tastefully done and comfortable. The beach begins at the building and ends at the blue Gulf of Mexico.
ONLY 1 MILE TO THE NEW PIER PARK !!!!!!!!!!My condo is 1 floor above the pool deck!!!!!
This unit is very close to the elevator on the first living floor and over looks one of the two pools. There are 4 levels of underground parking p1,p2,p3,p4 L5(lobby level,office,game room,fitness center)and my unit is on a prime floor 6th. The condominium is served by four elevators. The pools and hot tubs are one floor below us and the larger pool is heated.
Lot's of great restaurants, shopping, golf, parasailing, and amusement parks nearby. A great area for fishing with charters or rent your own boat or from nearby piers. Close to shell island and good shelling right in front of your unit. The local fishing pier is 1/2 mile away along with Gulf World with Dolphin and sea lion shows and Funland Amusement.
The large private balcony has sunset views worth writing home about. The kitchen and dining area have direct gulf views while the living room and master bedroom have large sliding glass doors and enter directly to the balcony. The master bath has a large oversize roman tub.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with beautiful antique white furniture. The third bedroom has nice twin bunk beds and an equipped desk. Televisions in all bedrooms with cable and dvd's. Surround sound and a flat screen tv make for a nice little theater in the living room.

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo in September. Everything was in excellent condition. No reasons to contact the owner. One person in our group is afraid of heights and the location of this unit was perfect. Debbie, thank you so much for allowing my family to stay there!!

My family (7 of us) had a wonderful time on our Florida stay at this condo. Everything was just as it shows in the pictures except the living room suite is different. Still very nice. We loved being on the lower floor and Debbie was a pleasure to work with. We will definetely stay here again if it is available.

Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved being on the lower floor and we really liked the Location. Everything is a very short drive or walk away. Debbie was a pleasure to work with. Hello, I am the owner of Unit 608 and I just am following up on a negative review. My unit has been rented for 4 years and I have never had a complaint. I have a guest log book in my unit that speaks for itself. There was a problem with housekeeping during 1 visit and it was taken care as fast as I could get someone the same day. I was at work and unable to take care of it myself.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunrise. The condo was very nice and every thing was well maintained. Being on a low floor was the best. The owner was extremly pleasant and helpful with many sites to see during our stay.

We arrived on the Saturday about 3:10pm to find a uncleaned condo. When we called the owner, she said the cleaner had an emergency and was not able to clean. After multiple phone calls, a male friend of the owner was sent to help clean. The photos on the website are not accurate, the living room furniture has been replaced with worn furniture. There is mold throughout the bathroom and kitchen sink. This condo has not had a good cleaning in months and lots of unmaintained items throughout. The front desk is not able to help, all they can do is apologize and say we have multiple complaints on this unit. Overall not a good start to our vacation and we will not be back to Panama City.
