Comfortable home with fully-exposed lower level with gentle slope down to tranquil lake. First floor features master bedroom with queen-sized bed and sofa sleeper, second bedroom with double bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room and deck overlooking the lake. Lower level features large kitchen, three-quarter bath, third bedroom with one double bed and one twin, living room and breezeway.
Home is nestled among tall pines set back from the road for that great northwoods feeling. Gentle slope to the glassy lake features 32-foot pier and swim platform. Lake is classified as a Class 'A' muskie lake. Also available to anglers are large mouth bass (the best spot is right off the pier), northern, walleye, crappie, and other pan fish. Fourteen-foot aluminum boat and John Boat included. Sandy shoreline is great for swimming. All watersports can be enjoyed on lake including waterskiing. Enjoy a campfire while looking at the lake, watching eagles and listening to the loons. Deer are also known to visit.
Property is located within walking distance to a public beach, tennis courts, and skate park. Other nearby attractions include cinemas, casino, shopping, indoor waterpark, hiking, cross-country trails and many great restaurants. Snowmobile/Bike trail is located across the driveway.

This perfectly well maintained home, with a welcoming drive thru pine trees opens up to a delightful lake view. It is truly conveniently located to grocery stores.... northwoods shopping and activities... but you "feel" like you are more in the woods. The lake is the perfect size for swimming, fishing and boating. Not the heavy traffic of larger lakes. And all the conveniences of home. We always have a fabulous time, no matter what season we visit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
