After a quick drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport (30 minutes away), pull into your private garage. Warm slate tile flooring greets you upon entering the luxurious Condo, leading to beautiful hickory wood floors into the kitchen and living room. Settle back with a glass of wine in front of the cozy gas fireplace and watch the sunset on Swaner Nature Preserve, while you anticipate the adventure tomorrow. When you awake, you see the sunlight hitting the ski resorts of Deer Valley, Park City, and The Canyons (a free shuttle goes to the resorts multiple times a day). Head downstairs to the kitchen to brew a fresh pot of coffee and watch your favorite ski/snowboard DVD on the flat screen TV for inspiration on the upcoming day.
After a fun-filled day of skiing the 'Greatest Snow on Earth,' soak your tired body in the private hot tub on the deck off the living room. Is your gear all wet? No problem! There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor. The kitchen is well-equipped boasting granite slab counters, modern stainless steel appliances and all the amenities to prepare a delicious meal. If the gourmet cook isn’t calling, there are many excellent restaurants of all tastes located nearby in the Redstone Towne Center. After dinner retire to one of two master bedrooms upstairs. The front master bedroom has two twin beds, whereas the rear master suite has a queen bed and private balcony. Snuggle into the luxurious down comforters and 500 thread-count sheets as you drift into a deep sleep dreaming about the days adventure!

We really enjoyed our week at Chris's condo. Furnishings were awesome and kitchen was well stocked for meals in. I really enjoyed that I could walk to get my coffee every morning. Park City Roasters is great for local coffee hang out. Otherwise there is a starbucks right there as well. We also walked for our groceries to Whole Foods and Smiths. It was actually easier to walk then drive as it does get conjested in that area. We have stayed in Park City proper past years as well and we really enjoyed being out in the 'burbs just as much. No need for car as you are on the bus line and its walking distance to groceries and restaurants. There is a hot tub as well. Its a little small but does the job for soar muscles after a day skiing. You are next to the Newpark Hotel pool so you do get some noise but its minimal. I would of loved to have access to their pool as some condo's do. We did get a punch card to the rec center which is a 2 minute walk so we could get our work outs in as well. Great paths all over for walking in this area. Chris was great to work with so highly recommend his condo for a great Park City vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved staying in this condo! It was exceptionally clean with great decorating, and the owner was very easy to work with. The location is perfect, with a wide range of restaurants, a ski rental shop and grocery stores within steps of the condo, yet it overlooks a peaceful nature preserve. We especially appreciated the garage for storing our ski gear. Having a washer and dryer on the second level by the bedrooms was convenient and meant we didn't have to pack as many clothes. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. P.S. Don't miss Maxwell's located right around the corner from the condo for the best pizza you've ever eaten -- and for dessert, try the freshly baked warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I'll make this quick. In a nutshell you can't beat the value, location, size and amenities of this condo. Steps from WholeFoods, great restaurants and one of the only liquor stores in Park City, garage, personal hot tub, Nest heating system and gas fireplace to keep you extra warm! This has everything you need at the right price. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you plan on exploring other mountains in the Cottonwood Canyons because it's so close to 80.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Communication with owner was great from the start. The condo is located in the heart of the area. Walking distance to restaurants, retail and bus stops. The views outside the back are breathtaking. Enjoy Morning coffee with the sun rising above the mountain. The kitchen is well stocked and the three bathrooms made it great for our family to get dressed and head for the slopes. The nice warm garage was a blessing to arrive home to after a cold day in the snow. Thank you for everything! We are already planning our return.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This condo met the needs of our family of five adults perfectly. The condo itself is well-laid out, very attractive, extremely well-equipped, and beautifully furnished. It was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very response to my queries and the VRBO listing and photographs are accurate. I particularly appreciated the views of the mountains from the rear windows/sliders and from the two-person hot tub (the view includes a couple of buildings; i.e., not completely unobstructed). The sunrises were spectacular and it was lovely to see the slopes beckoning. The openness and beauty of the nature preserve coupled with the convenience of the Redstone shops and services make for a perfect combination. We were able to rent skis, get an overnight snowboard tune-up, buy groceries/wine/beer, and enjoy restaurants and coffee shops right in the area - many of these services were within walking distance. I think 4 - 5 is the optimum maximum number for this space. We did fine with five but it may be a little cramped with six, as the third sleeping space is in the large landing area at the top of the stairs and doesn't have the benefits of privacy or the spacious closets of the two bedrooms. This was the perfect location for us as it offered serenity, comfort, and convenience without isolation. In summary, we’d love to be repeat guests!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Condo is nicer that photos. It was very clean and well maintained. My favorite thing was having a personal hot tub on deck (fits 2 people) and 3 FULL bathrooms! It is tastefully decorated and very homey with pillows & throws to curl up with in front of the fireplace. It has a well-equipped kitchen. Mstr BR/Bath is larger than expected, with nice size dresser, 2 night stands, large closet with more shelves in the closet. The bed was a little on the soft side for me, but that is a personal preference. There is also a deck off the Mstr BR upstairs, but is unfurnished. (The weather was pleasant enough to sit outside with a cup of coffee/hot chocolate or glass of wine, and the view is better on the upstairs deck.) The loft at top of stairs between the 2 bedrooms is the size of a small bedroom, with a fold out sofa.. I was expecting it to be more like the size of a "landing" between the rooms, so was pleasantly surprised. Board games are available for family night. Three FULL bathrooms is almost unheard of in a 2 BR condo. Two bathrooms had shower stalls, the third did have a bathtub w/ shower. They were all very spacious, with plenty of bath towels (no wash cloths). The only thing my husband and I both missed was having plush bathrobes. Other items available:washer/dryer, iron, hair dryer, hotel size bath bars, liquid soap @ bathroom sinks, wi-fi, 1 car garage w/ additional parking right across from condo. Shampoo/conditioner not furnished. Very convenient to anything and everything you could possibly need (Wal-mart, Whole Foods, restaurants, drug stores, entertainment complex, 15 min to ski resorts) I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again! And...if you visit other than ski season, owner had many trail maps for hiking & biking.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures shown in the ad are quite accurate, but we had no idea just how lovely the architecture and design was until we arrived and saw it in person. Everything was perfect and we had such a great stay. We had everything we needed and then some. We loved the hot tub after skiing and riding the slopes all day. The condo is very easy to get to and in a wonderful location...near lots of shops and restaurants. One thing that made a big impression on us about staying here was that we were not charged additional for taxes or cleaning fees. Huge plus. Great value! We were visiting Park City from Seattle. We stayed at this condo with friends right after Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is incredibly comfortable and cozy with great furnishings and a great kitchen. The views are beauiful as it is right by a nature preserve and the hot tub is perfectly placed for optimal viewing. The value of this was incredible. The location is convenient for shopping and skiing. I highly recommend it!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed here twice now and everytime it gets better! First off, the condo is in great condition and has everything you could ever need. The place is spotless and so well cared for...They have thought of everything from re-usable shopping bags to games & books! Secondly, the location is PERFECT! Now that Newpark & Redstone areas built up, there are so many awesome restaurants and shops within walking distance. The trail that runs along the reserve (accessed by a few steps from the back door) is amazing. The access was so easy and the train was well groomed you could go on short or long walks anytime of the day! We loved this condo and we will be back to rent again next winter for sure!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: Being a professional snowboarder for over 10 years I've snowboarded around the world. This is where we've chosen to have our mountain get away. Utah has great snow, easy international airport access, and the best resorts for any type of snow condition.
Why the Owner Chose Newpark:
We like to say our condo at Newpark is the mountain equivalent of living on the beach due to Swaner Preserve being located just off the back deck, no one else can build behind us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Great location. Easy quick drive to Salt Lake City and the airport, tranquil views, convenient access to restaurants, movie theater, and more.,
