Beautifully constructed condominium with swimming pool and elevator located on the corner of Ocean Avenue and Orchid Road. Our fully furnished unit is one short block to the world's largest and safest bathing beach and four blocks from the bay at Sunset Lake. The famous boardwalk, in Wildwood, with its amusement and water parks, is only a short distance away. We are 30 minutes from Atlantic City and 10 minutes away from historic Cape May.
Here is everything you could want in a three bedroom Condo for a relaxing vacation at the Jersey Shore. This first floor unit (conveniently located close to both the elevator and stairs) offers a clear view to the ocean from the deck. You will be pleasantly surprised by all the extras and special touches. There is enclosed parking for two cars, a heated pool, outside storage (for chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, etc.), private balcony, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and full washer/dryer. We've also added digital cable and WiFi!
Pillow and blankets provided, Renter provides own sheets/linens, towels (beach and bath). New sleeper/sofa provides for extra sleep space. Double sound proofing construction allows for a quieter Condo building.
Guests are to provide bed linens (sheets and pillow cases).
However, King size sheets and pillow cases will be provided if guests do not have King size linens. Guests who use these linens are required to launder them. Linens must be dried thoroughly and placed neatly on the shelf in the bedroom closet. There will be a minimum charge of $25.00 deducted from the security deposit, for linens left dirty or wet.
Three bedrooms - Sleeps six to eight people. Master bedroom - King bed with private full bath. Bedroom two - two full beds. Bedroom three - two twin beds.
All bedrooms have brand new bedding (hypoallergenic, mildew resistant), spreads, blankets, pillows, night stand, dresser TV and ceiling fans. Guests must bring towels, linens. New queen-size sleeper allows for additional sleeping.
2008 Rental Rates for the Condo In Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. (All dates are Saturday to Saturday - check-in at 1 PM - check-out at 10 AM).
Condo is available for rent throughout the year for conventions and other off season events such as Hydrofest, Italian Weekend, Fireman's Weekend, Irish Weekend, Harley Owner's Weekend, Classic Care Show Weekend, Fab 50's Weekend, PT Cruisers Weekend, Barbershop Quartet Weekend, etc.
$500 Reservation/Security Deposit Required. NOTES: Unit will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Convenient Shopping nearby.
