Great location - ski home at the end of the day using a residential ski trail off the First Temptation run. A very short walk in the morning gets you to your choice of 4 lifts at the end of the cul-de-sac. Miles of groomed XC trails are at the end of the cul-de-sac as well.
The major hike/bike trailhead (Spiro) is 50 yards away. The PC golf course is at the end of the cul-de-sac. Some say this is THE best location in all of Park City, year-round.
The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as a 3rd room used as an office and/or a bedroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds. The 3rd office/bedroom has 2 single beds. The living room and dining area are roomy and comfortable. Full kitchen, well-stocked. Huge multi-level deck privately located in the Aspens. Ski storage closet is next to the full laundry room in the downstairs hallway.
In addition to the winter activities, Park City is famous for, check out the spring/summer/fall activities: golf, fishing, boating, hiking, biking, camping, art events, music, plus tons of restaurants and shopping.
