The condo is part of the Sea Oaks gated community which stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River. The Sea Oaks Beach & Tennis Club boasts a 5 star tennis facility with 16 Har-Tru courts, 4 pros and pro shop located adjacent to the new $2 million fitness center. The Beach Club is located on the Atlantic; the Sea Oaks Marina with its private fishing pier is located on the Indian River. In Season there are numerous tennis leagues and clinics, fitness classes, book and film clubs. Wednesday nights the tennis center hosts a pro-exhibition series followed by Grill Night at the Beach Club. On Friday nights the Beach Club hosts a pool side cocktail party. Membership in the Sea Oaks Beach & Tennis Club is included in your rent, so all activities and amenities are available.
