We are located right on Alii Drive, in the heart of Historic Kailua-Kona Town. Our beautiful Condo is a peaceful "Island on the Island" right in the center of all the action!
Walk to Shopping, Dining and Sightseeing, just steps from your front door while enjoying a location on the quiet (and cool) side of the complex. Our Lanai looks out over the oldest church and gardens in Hawaii, while being only 500 feet from the ocean.
While staying in our Kona Condo (we want you to think of it as yours, too) you will enjoy every comfort of home, as well as all of the little extras that you should expect in a prime vacation rental. With high-speed internet access, a fully equipped kitchen, upgraded bath, and large master bedroom with luxury bedding as well as a huge lanai, we have provided every last detail from DVDs, videos, music and books to boogie boards and snorkels to ensure that you have the perfect Big Island getaway!!
Last but not least, the view from the two upper decks of our complex has an unparalleled view of Kailua Bay. With breathtaking sunsets (and sunrises) daily, you will understand why this is one of our favorite spots to take in all of the activity below. The cruise ships in the harbor look to be so close that you could reach out, and touch them!
With 11 of the worlds 13 micro-climates located on the big island it has been likened to a mini continent for it's enormous diversity in climate and geology. Everything from Tropical Rainforest to Subarctic Tundra can be found here!
With that said, just be sure not to forget to just find a beach and chill out, (coolers, beach chairs and beach towels provided of course).

Our condo at Kona Plaza is so well located.....it is very popular with many repeat guests who have been returning year after year and LOVE that you can walk to so many restaurants, shops and the beach and yet have a quiet oasis to return to at the end of the day!
