250 steps to the beach, these steps were measured in men's size nine and-a-half. This townhouse is a one-size-fits-all for the family and we are pet-friendly.
There are two large upstairs bedrooms with queen-sized beds and plenty of room for fold-outs. The downstairs living room couch is a sleeper sofa, or you can nap in the private courtyard. You are one door down from pool and clubhouse. If you would like to visit a more private beach, you are within a quarter-mile drive to five miles of undisturbed sugar white beaches (this is U.S. property for public use and has been untouched by developers) bordered on one side by the Gulf of Mexico and the other by the Choctawatchee Bay. In this same drive, a comedy club, top-notch sports bar, sea aquarium and fishing pier.
In walking distance, a park with boat launch, Okaloosa Conference Center, restaurants and clubs. Enjoy downtown Fort Walton Beach just across the bridge with five casual fine dining restaurants in a square mile. In the opposite direction, enjoy designer outlet shopping (the largest in the U.S.), too many restaurants to mention, deep-sea fishing and other water sports.
This townhouse is tastefully decorated and meant to live in with tile flooring throughout the downstairs. Kitchen is supplied for serious cooks with plenty of open space for entertaining and grilling.
