This is an exclusive 15th-floor corner condominium unit in the Monterrey of Cape Marco. From the front window, we have a great city view of Marco Island and all the other windows have a water view. Soak up the sun on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy beach views of Cresent Beach from the side windows and sun all afternoon from the balcony/Lanai.
Cape Marco is a gated community and keyed entry is required for all facilities making this one of the safest properties on the beach. The condominium has over 2500 square feet of living space tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bathroom with a shower, bath, and two sinks. This bedroom opens to the balcony.
There are two more bedrooms and two other full bathrooms. There are twin beds in one room and a queen size in the other room. There are three couches that open to sofa beds as well. We have a separate laundry room with energy efficient front loading washer and dryer. The Monterrey exercise room is newly built along with a beautiful entertainment room with big screen TVs. This is a truly a tropical paradise! Come leave your troubles behind!
