We are located across from the marina right by the bay, spectacular sunsets, balconies with views of the bay and inlet. The townhome is spacious. We have parking underneath the building. Unit has 4 bedrooms. Restaurants, the beach and the boardwalk all 2 blocks away. Washer and Dryer in all units. Outside shower.

I am glad that was only staying there for two days. The only good thing about this rental is that the location from boardwalk, beach and shoppng was only two blocks away. The place looked as if t had not been cleaned in months. In fact we left it cleaner than how it was when we arrived. The tv in the livingroom was not working properly, it was gong off and on. The furnture was so old and drty when you sit it felt as if you were going str8 to the floor. can go on and on but I am limited to the amt of characters remainng. The place needs to be updated. New beds, new TV's all rooms that had them (some without remotes). I had never been so happy to leave a vacaton spot! I was unhappy from the time walked in the door until t was time for me to leave and go home. I was VERY uncomfortable stayng there.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 10/10

This location was perfect for my family of 12. Everything in the town house was new and the view was incredible. We were located right on the beach and within walking distance from mini golf, restaurants and stores. You have to drive to get to the boardwalk but it is only a short ride away. We had enough room to accomodate our large group and there was something to satisfy an array of different interests and ages. We would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
