Situated on a quiet country road, this location offers both privacy and convenience. A ranch-style house on one acre with yard, trees and flowers. The twin-bedded room is separated from the other three bedrooms by the dining room and kitchen and is next to the half bathroom and outdoor shower. Sliding French doors in the dining room open onto the deck. Neighboring houses are barely visible through the trees.
The road terminates in the bike path that encircles the State forest, and the path is also ideal for a morning run. The house is five minutes from tennis courts, 10 minutes from a restricted cove beach, 10 minutes from the ferry and Vineyard Haven shops, and 15 minutes from golf and a limited access (uncrowded) ocean beach and fresh water pond.
Couples, couples sharing and small families, in particular, have found this to be an excellent and inexpensive way to experience West Tisbury and the Vineyard.
