This comfortable, three-bedroom, two-bath, beach house on the South Carolina coast is located in the North Litchfield Beach neighborhood. One of South Carolina's choice vacation destinations, it is just a five minute walk to the beach. There, you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, fishing, surfing, or just a relaxing walk on the beach. If golf is your interest, you will be within minutes of 20 plus premiere golf courses. Close by you will find grocery stores, restaurants, video stores, specialty shops, art studios and galleries, and tours that will make you want to just keep coming back to the Litchfield area.
The main level of the house has two bedrooms (both king size), a full bath, fully furnished kitchen, dining area (seats six), and a spacious den. Large decks surround the entire house. The third bedroom (king-size) is upstairs along with a large bathroom and adjoining loft, which serves as a fourth sleeping area (one single bed). All bedrooms, den, and loft have TV's.

Excellent House, Pictures do not do it justice!

We stayed here in the middle of June this year and had an excellent time. We had 3 couples in our group and the house offered great accommodations. The pictures on this site truly do not do the house justice, the house is much bigger than how it appears in the pictures! The living room and dining room are extremely spacious with very high ceiling. This high ceiling really makes the house – it is beautiful and really opens up the living space, complete with second story indoor balcony overlooking the living room. Plenty of outdoor deck and porch space which surrounds virtually the entire house. The outdoor shower is great after a trip back from the sandy beach. Overall, the house was clean and well maintained and I would reccommend ti to anyone looking for a great time. The beach is a close walk, although we did rent a golf cart to make transporting of beach chairs, coolers, etc., easier. Public beach access has spots for cars to park as well. The beach is clean and not crowded – nothing like the crowds and dirty sand of Myrtle Beach. We were able to spread out each day without people near us. The neighborhood is quiet and has beautiful homes – we loved taking strolls around in the golf cart. Everything seemed to be mostly families with kids and everyone was friendly and always offering gestures of waves as we would drive by. Local grocery stores and restaurant options are very close. Even more restaurants and good night/bar life is only about 10 minutes up the road at Murrells Inlet. I would recommend possibly waiting to do grocery shopping until already at the house, we found many items in the kitchen left from previous tenants such as condiments, coffee filters, laundry detergent, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed from coffee maker to a blender for our delicious margaritas! Literally, we had not one complaint. The owner is extremely nice and offered us great reccomendations for restaurants and things to do. He truly cared that we had a great time and made himself immediately approachable for any questions we would have.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

The house was awesome--great porches, lots of closet space in bedrooms, large den/family area. The walk to the beach was literally a five minute walk. Everything looked just as it did in the pictures; there were no surprises when we arrived at the house. It is close to town with grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shops all within a 5-10 minute ride. The owner was very helpful with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

A wonderfully decorated A-frame Beach House that is just a couple blocks from the Northern end of Litchfield Beach. This house is an easy walking distance to the ocean. It is less then a 1/8 mile south of the Huntington State Park and Beach. The house is very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are easily large enough for the three king sized beds. The twin sized bed is located in the loft, and would be noisy if a young child was to sleep there while others were in the large living room below. There is one full bathroom upstairs with one bedroom and the loft, and the other full bathroom is downstairs and is shared by the two downstairs bedrooms. The floor plan is a little odd in that you pass through this bathroom to get to the laundry as well as one of the two exits to the house. This house is perfect for three couples, or a single large family. I highly recommend the property and would stay there again. Gordon
