    Darryl and Isabel made this a great experience for us since we were renting for the first time in Florida. We stayed for the month of Feb. and the condo certainly lived up to all expectations. They obviously take pride in their condo. It is beautifully furnished and they have put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a wonderful vacation, starting with a welcome basket. They are very organized in the rental process and always there if you have a question. What more could you ask for---beautiful condo, super location, great views and best of all Darryl and Isabel who want to insure that you have a great holiday. We'll be back.

    What a beautiful job you have done to make the condo comfortable for your guests. Enjoyed one one-month stay with all the conveniences of home... away from it the best part of the winter! Thank you, too, for the wonderful welcome on Super Bowl day. A quick meal of speghetti and we were ready for the big game. Hope to see you again, Darryl and Isabel. Cheers

    We've been back home a week now, and are left with fond memories of our time at your vacation home. We found everything to be as advertised--fully equipped, very spacious and beautifully decorated, VERY clean, and well situated--well back of the main road, only a short walk to the beach in one direction, and overlooking the waterway in the other. Even the dolphins were just where you said they would be! The only surprise was the wonderful gift basket that awaited us on arrival. Thanks so much for your kind hospitality. We are very grateful for our time there.

    My wife and I (plus guests) stayed at the condo for the month of January 2009. We very much enjoyed our stay as per the following: * The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, airy with large windows: we never felt "cooped up". * Every convenience is provided; especially appreciated the computer and internet connection. * We loved the porch and beautiful view: it was a great place to eat and relax. * The condo complex is very quiet! * The beach is close by and very nice. * The two car garage was a bonus: there is a gas grill, wagon for beach stuff, folding chairs and an outside faucet to hose off shoes and wash cars. * We all enjoyed the well maintained, heated pool! * Nearby restaurants were great, i.e. "Crabby Bill's" * Finally, the owners were very friendly and interested in making our stay a happy experience. Thank you! * We're coming back!!

    My wife (and part-time guests) stayed at the condo for the month of January 2009. We very much enjoyed our stay as per the following: * The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped (appreciated the computer and internet connection) * Everything worked * The condo is spacious and airy with lots of sunny windows: we never felt "cooped up" * We loved the porch and beautiful view: it was a great place to eat and relax * The condo complex is very quiet! * The beach is close and quite nice! * The two-car garage was a super bonus: there is a gas grill, wagon for transporting beach stuff plus folding chairs...and an outside faucet to hose off shoes and wash cars * Nearby restaurants were great, i.e. "Crabby Bill's" * We also enjoyed the nicely maintained, heated pool * Can't think of one negative.....I'm sure anyone would enjoy their stay at this condo PS: The owners are very friendly and helpful!

    Dear Darryl and Isabel: Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to vacation. I don't wanna go home!! Your place is comfortable, super equipped, quiet and everybody loved eating and sitting out on the porch! Having a garage, washer and dryer was a great convenience. We also enjoyed the beach of course, and the local attractions: how many times did we eat at "Crabby Bill's"?

    Thank you Darryl and Isabel for providing us with such a perfect home away from home. We have never experienced such kindness and "over-the-top" hospitality. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. The view is awesome and we had front row seats to the holiday lighted boat parade...how cool is that! Not only is the decor lovely, it is also comfortable. You have thought of everything...right down to the cool computer. I'm so glad my husband never had to unpack his laptop. We can't wait to make a return visit. Thanks again!

WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND THANKS TO YOU, WE EVEN HAD A FESTIVE XMAS COMPLETE WITH DECORATIONS AND A LOVELY WELCOME BASKET. THE VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL. BETTER THAN ADVERTISED!     Many thanks Darryl for alowing us the use of your superb condo for our vacation, it is so ideally situated along Gulf Blvd and is such a nice and quiet location but just across the road from the beach. We had several nice walks up to the waterfront Pub for dinner and it is only a short drive to Clearwater to the North or to St Petes Beach to the South. It was so nice to sit on the private pier and just soak up the atmosphere and the wild life it was a joy to see the dolphins swimming by.

    We had a wonderful time during the week following the 4th of July. The condo is lovely, yet comfortable and liveable. The master bedroom is fabulous with the private shower. The condo is accross the street from the beach. Our family plans on staying at the condo in the future if it available. The Florida gulf is our favorite area in Florida.

    The place is awesome! View is beautiful and neighbors are great! We enjoyed Crabby Bill's it was delish! And the July 4th celebrations was also very amazing! The Clearwater Aquarium was fantastic and we enjoyed watching all the wildlife everyday.

    The place is awesome! View is beautiful and neighbors are great! We enjoyed Crabby Bill's - it was delish! And the 4th of July celebration was also very amazing! The Clearwater Aquarium was fantastic and we enjoyed watching all the wildlife everyday!

    I can not begin to express how pleased me and my family were to stay at this lovely condo. It has everything we needed including baby gear so that we didn't have to haul that extra stuff for hefty airline fees. The view off of the third story deck and master bedroom is incredible both day and night. The dolphins visit every morning in the intercoastal waterway. There is a large cart for hauling chairs and accessories to the beach making trips to the beach easy. The condo has many amenities such as cable in each room, DVD, VCR, computer, phones and washer and dryer. The area is delightful with plenty of restaurants to walk to as well as Clearwater Beach several miles up the road. We would love to rent here again and hope we can make it happen.
