Exotic woods such as Mutenye and African Mahogany combine beautifully with the natural beauty of fossil/limestone to create an elegant island environment. Two separate seating areas in the generous Living Area, as well as a Media/Entertainment Room allow ample space to accommodate a variety of pursuits. Central air conditioning ensures your comfort, and complimentary HDTV, wireless Internet, and unlimited telephone service are included.
The Master Bedroom is on the main level of the home and features a premium king-sized bed and private lanai access, as well as an en suite bathroom with extra-large jetted tub, double sinks, roomy walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
The Second and Third Bedrooms are likewise located on the home’s main level. The Second Bedroom features a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom, and the Third Bedroom features a queen-sized bed. A powder room is situated just outside the Third Bedroom. The Fourth Bedroom is on the upper level and features two twin-sized beds with an en suite bathroom. A sleeper sofa with double bed is available in the Media Room, as well.
The exclusive, private, and gated residential community within which this home is situated includes two tennis courts, an oversized championship lap pool, and clubhouse. My friends and I just stayed 10 days at this lovely home, and we cannot say enough good things about it. Overall the home is stunning. The design, decor, layout and amenities exceeded what I would expect at a very high-end hotel. The gated neighborhood is extremely quiet, the views are beautiful, the pool was perfect - you could jump in right from the dining area if you wanted to! The four bedrooms are all geographically separated which is great for peace and privacy. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was huge and well equipped and there is a Jenn-Air grill on the patio; we cooked often. One of our group had physical challenges, and the home provided a very handicapped accessible environment. There are many great beaches and restaurants close by, you don't have to go far for anything. Ann lives next door and was very friendly and attentive to our needs.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this house, and cannot stress how beautiful it is! You can chose to open the large dining room windows, which pretty much disappear into the ceiling, and create an entirely open-air environment in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Or if you prefer to be cooler, you can close the windows and turn on the AC. The house is open and spacious, with vaulted ceilings in the living / dining / kitchen area. It is beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean when we got there, creating a serene environment inside and out. It is located on a hillside, so there is an ocean view from most of the rooms, which is even more spectacular from the outside! The pool and spa are beautiful, with a small waterfall flowing from one to another. The pool at the house is large enough to fit the whole family on air mattresses, and if you’re looking for a bigger pool for swimming laps, there is one located a few houses down at the community clubhouse area. Within walking distance are this large pool, a clubhouse, and two tennis courts. This area, as well as the entire neighborhood, was very peaceful and quiet when we were there—we got the tennis courts and pool all to ourselves most of the time! Some really great restaurants (The Pineapple Grill and The Plantation House) are a couple minutes away, as well as the beautiful Kapalua Golf Course and Napili Bay. Three other beautiful beaches are close as well, with a lot of variety (large and small waves). We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to experience a luxurious, restful vacation.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
