My family of five had a glorious stay in this beautiful guest home. The location is private, quiet and secluded, yet near shopping and all the cultural advantages of West LA. Every amenity is provided. Clean, modern baths with thick towels, a fully stocked kitchen, numerous outdoor areas for dining and relaxing. All living on one level, which is helpful for small children or those with infirmities. We didn't want to leave!

Thanks for a wonderful stay in your lovely Beverly Hills villa. We truly enjoyed being in such a secluded area, while only 10 minutes from the main attractions Los Angeles has to offer. We specifically enjoyed the pool area and the patio where we had wonderful dinners, with candels and bird songs. The house is well appointed and we didn't miss anything. We also enjoyed the opportunity to play tennis at the Club.

I'm sorry that I didn't get a chance to speak with you. My wife and I run a childrens' sleepover camp and I don't need to tell you how stressful that can be. We look towards our vacation after the camping season to just destress and rejuvenate. We have gone to many homes and villas, mostly in the Caribbean and Aruba. This is in fact the first time that we actually rented in the US. I cannot tell you how PLEASED we were with your home. Everything was so tastefully done and there were all of the amenities we could have wanted. And towels galore. The pool was perfectly situated surrounded by all of those beautiful plants, bushes and trees. The deck and the eating areas were fabulous as well as the great bathrooms, bedrooms etc. I can go on and on. Needless to say, your oasis of tranquility was exactly what the doctor ordered (no pun intended) and precisely what we needed. Once again, I'm sorry that I didn't get to speak with you. Sincerely yours,

I vacationed in this house for a week with my two sons. The house is great because it's on a quiet, private road and the neighbors are situated discretely from each other, yet it's only a few minutes drive to all the action of L.A. Frankly I'd love to own this house! The layout is nice in that both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms for privacy. Everything is new, modern, hip. I loved the outdoor spaces, pool and garden. The kitchen works very well with upscale appliances. It's nice that they stock spices, coffey, tea sugar. I made a list of things that would be useful such as wireless internet versus ethernet dial up, a few table lamps and extra blankets. The owner seemed open for suggestions and willing to make those improvements. I will definetely be going back again. There are so many things to see and do in L.A. We enjoyed the LACMA museum. TOAST, Joan's, the cafe's on 3rd and Yu N Mi are all wonderful restaurants. I would have rated this house as "Excellent" but we had some issues that were not the fault of the owner in the first few days, such as the dryer broke, the internet was a problem, but hopefully all of that has been resolved and he kindly offered to make a compensation for the inconvenience. When I go back, I hope to rate it as the best place to stay in LA!!!

We stayed July 2008 and had a great time at this house. The owner was keen to make us feel welcome from the time we made our booking. It is conveniently located for Beverly Hills but is in a quiet and secluded area. It was comfortable and clean and the pool area had plenty of sunshine all day until late afternoon. It was also well lit for any night time swimming. The house had all the facilities we needed. We also visited the Beverly Hills Country Club which is included in the rental and this was bonus.

The rentor was polite & helpful for my 4 day vacation Nov 07. The house is beautiful & comfty. Made everyone in my group "gitty" from the moment we entered the front door. A plasma tv with cable in every room. All basic needs ( soap, clean towels, pots & pans etc) were supplied. Will visit again so please, if you stay here, take care of it so I can enjoy it as much as I did before. Thank you Dr. W George S
