Our Maui home is a two bedroom, two and half bath oceanfront corner unit, located only 75 feet from the ocean. The 42 foot wrap-around lanai provides sweeping panoramic views south to the Kaanapali Beach Resort and north to Pineapple Hill at Kapalua. The 10th floor location is ideal for watching sunsets, dolphins, sea turtles, monk seals, cruise ships and other vessels, surfers, kite boarders, wind surfers, snorkelers, and, of course, Hawaii's most famous winter visitors, the Humpback Whales. Remember to bring binoculars.
Two separate bedroom suites provide quiet privacy for a family or two couples. The Royal Kahana Resort with its heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, gas BBQ's, cabana which may be reserved for private parties, fitness center, sauna, and sandy beach at its doorstep provides the perfect setting for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.
The Royal Kahana is conveniently located minutes from the shops, restaurants, and world-renowned golf courses of Kaanapali and Kapalua. A short block from the condo is Kahana Gateway with additional shops and restaurants, including Roy's. Three full-service grocery stores are also nearby.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Maui, look no further. From the moment we walked into the condo we felt like we were in our own home. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all of the amenities one would find in their own home. We stayed in the master bedroom and left the windows open. It was wonderful falling asleep and waking up to the waves hitting the shore. The spacious lanai was a great place to have a morning cup of coffee and in the evening watch those gorgeous sunsets. When we return to Maui we will definitely stay at this condo. I have been telling all of my friends what a great condo we stayed in and they all wanted the rental info. Dealing with the owner was great. She made the whole process very easy and was extremely helpful in her recommendations of restaurants and attractions.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

I just spent 2 weeks in the condo with my family and we had a wonderful time. When you can sit out on the deck and watch the world go by nothing is better. Walk down the nice sandy beach to the rocks and go swim with the turtles. Restaurants, grocery store and pub are all within walking distance so leave the car in the parking lot. The condo is clean and well furnished. I plan to go back again.

Our time in this 10th floor condo were the best days of our two week trip to Hawaii. It is absolutely wonderful and made us feel at home from the instant we walked through the door. Clean, quiet and well maintained with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Royal Kahana resort is well staffed and equipped to make your time out of the condo just as enjoyable and your time in. We spent many hours on the lanai gazing across the channel toward Molokai and Lanai and the colors of the water were stunning, the breezes soft and gentle. Rainbows, gorgeous sunsets and gentle rains helped wash away the stress and worries of the 'outside' world. We can’t think of any other place that could be better. People who have seen pictures from there think we’ve done something to make the them better than reality but we tell them "no, reality looks better than the pictures." We're making plans on returning to Maui in the future and this absolutely will be our residence of choice.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo back in November 2009. We have been coming to Maui since 2000 and by far this place is the best! Views are amazing! Place is clean and well taken care of. Very quiet and great location. Beach is just steps out your door. Pool is great too! Everything you need just bring your swim suit!

The condo is wonderful with spectacular views. The interior is very nicely appointed. There is indoor parking in the basement of the unit and near the elevators. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. Maui is great. Recommend snorkeling at Honolua Bay (about 10 minutes north). To get there you get a wonderful short walk thru a mini rainforest to boot! and eat at Roy's (around the corner) and Mama's Fish House (near Pa'ia). For a route less traveled, go north and around the northern tip of Maui back to Kahalui. Make sure you stop at Julia's banana bread stand. It is the best banana bread! Of course, the road to Hana is a must.
