You'll love this private, quiet, and perfect Manzanita location on a beautiful double-sized lot nestled in the trees. This paradise vacation retreat is ideally located less than 2 blocks to the beach, a short 2-minute walk. It's a 5 minute stroll to main street where you'll find grocery and natural food stores, shops, restaurants, day spa, wine-bar, galleries, library, and more. Short walk south to golf course and close to city park (with tennis & volleyball, horseshoes, playground & picnic areas). Large, open living areas with walls of windows and glass doors on both levels let you spread out and take in the awesome views, or relax in front of one of the wood burning fireplaces and enjoy a warm fire and a good book or movie after a walk on the beach. Step out to one of the huge wrap-around decks (over 1200 sq ft of decks!), where you will find a summer BBQ and outdoor furniture for taking in the panoramic views and ocean sounds, basking in the summer sunshine, alfresco dining, and for viewing spectacular sunsets over the ocean and the evening stars. It's a great spot to watch the fireworks on the beach!
The entrance level features a spacious family room and sleeping area with great views of the beach, a woodstove surrounded with a beautiful stone wall, and a separate area for playing cards and games while enjoying the views. This level also has a bathroom and shower, along with a large laundry room and storage areas for all your gear and toys. The expansive and open upper level features amazing views and beautiful vaulted pine ceilings in every room. The large living room has a stone wall with a wood-burning fireplace, with plenty of room for everyone to spend time together. The spacious dining room comfortably seats the entire family and has a long bar that opens through to the kitchen for easy access and for sharing in the fun. This level has three bedrooms and the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. Many of the rooms open to the expansive decks, which are also easily accessible from an exterior staircase.
You’ll find all the comforts of home, including quality linens and a fully–equipped kitchen. Enjoy cable TV and watching movies on the DVD & VCR (many movies provided). The stereo CD system lets you listen to music on either or both levels, so the kids can watch movies downstairs while the others are enjoying music & conversation upstairs. Everyone is sure to love their stay in this fun vacation home! Many of our guests come back every summer.

Manzanita is very charming and we loved the easy walk to town. We had such a great time in your home on our vacation. Everything we needed was provided, and had all the comforts of home. Your home is so spacious, and we had many family dinners around the dining room table and outside on the decks, as well as many pleasant evenings in front of the fireplace and woodstove. The views were outstanding from all of the huge windows throughout the house. We are planning when we'll rent your beautiful home again!
