This house is a beautiful, well-maintained getaway located in a quiet and peaceful setting close to the beach. There are ocean and mountain views from almost every window, and lots of natural light. It has really nice decor and all we needed to have a great time! We loved the short walk into town and only used our car when visiting other areas. We really appreciated the owners "Guest Book" full of ideas on area activities, local events, restaurants, shops, etc. This is a great place to stay!

Our stay with friends at this property couldn't have been better. The home is very spacious, comfortable, cozy, and just feels like a real home. The views cannot be beat! The fireplace and woodstove keep the home warm and cozy and the large open dining room is great for board games and family meals. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bedrooms and furniture are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and even the windows had just been cleaned for us. Great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed Manzanita and our stay in this beautiful vacation home. The furnishings and accomodations were great and we appreciated the spacious living areas which allowed us to spread out and not feel crowded. The ocean and mountain views are spectacular, and the short walk to the beach and into town let all ages of our family enjoy our vacation in Manzanita. We highly recommend this home!

This beach house was perfect for our family gathering. We loved the quiet, light, bright feel of the house which has a wonderful mid-century modern feel to it. The views from both levels are amazing and the large decks expand the living space even more. This home is perfectly located, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and to town for shopping and dining. The owner does a great job of communicating everything we needed to know. We'll be back!

We loved it! There were six of us staying here this time, our 4th stay in this beautiful home. The views are absolutely amazing! We love the location, so close to the beach and town. The windows and house were spotless, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We appreciate the quality of furnishings, dishes, linens and towels, decor, etc. The owner has many useful tips for restaurants and activities in the renters guide book, a great selection of DVD's, books, etc. We will absolutely come back to this home again and always recommend it to our friends. Thanks!!

The lofty location up among the trees and the breathtaking views give this house a magical feeling. We could easily have spent all day just sitting on the deck in the sun and the breeze and taking it all in, but with the beach an easy two blocks away, we headed down often for long walks. The house was neat and well taken care of, with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, a large laundry room, and ample seating for meals and relaxing, both indoors and out. We'll be back!

We were referred to this home by a previous guest, and we were not disappointed. Everything was as advertised, and the views are even better than we imagined. It's obvious that the owner takes great care of their home, and we were impressed by the quality of furnishings and amenities for a vacation home. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and downtown Manzanita. We will definitely recommend this home to our friends and other family members.

The view is nice, tons of windows to look at the view. The deck is huge for hanging out and to look at the ocean through the trees. The eating area is large for eating which is needed for 10 people. Manzanita is a great town and close to many activities. However we were quite disappointed with a few things which are listed, therefore I would not recommend this property to friends or relatives. 1. Carpet in bathrooms are gross! It is very unsanitary to have carpet in the upstairs bathroom. When people take showers the carpet gets wet even with a mat down. It would be great if carpet was removed. 2. We like to watch movies late in the evening. There is only 1 tv and it is downstairs which is very inconveinent. If you have 10 people people there will be some people that will need to stay downstairs. It is hard to watch tv when that is a sleeping area. We suggest you have a tv upstairs in addition to the tv downstairs. 3. The kitchen is well stocked, however champagne glasses are needed 4. There is a cleaning fee, however we certainly do not feel we get any value for the cleaning fee. Basically the house cleaners only have to vaccuum and restock toilet and paper towells. You have to wash all the sheets, pillow cases, & towels. You have to make sure all dishes are cleaned and put away. If you have 10 people that is a ton of laundry. We had to start working on this the day prior to departure. So instead of enjoying the beach the last day and half we had to work.

Our family had a wonderful time at your home in Manzanita. The ocean views are magnificent along with sections of the coast range. The living area combined with the large deck gave everyone enough room to move around yet feel together as a family. The house was clean and we appreciated having a full kitchen with equipped with everything we needed. Nothing looked like it “hand-me-downs” from your primary residence. We’ve rented other homes and we can tell you have taken extra effort and pride to make the home enjoyable for your guests. It was a family vacation everyone will be talking about for some time.

Thanks for sharing your home with our family. We were thrilled to arrive to a beautiful sunny day and such gorgeous views of the mountain and coastline from the entrance on up to the open kitchen/dining/living room spaces. The kids immediately ran outside to take in the views from the decks! You did a great job of furnishing and decorating your home to make it both stylish and comfortable, and we appreciated how clean it was! Thanks again. We had a great time!

We had a fantastic time in Manzanita!!! Your house is just beautiful and the views are amazing. It rained a few days, but with all the windows to look out and see the storms come in were wonderful. Thank you again and once we set a date for next year, we will contact you asap.

This was our family’s 3rd stay in this lovely home and our first winter visit. We thoroughly enjoyed walking on the beach, relaxing, reading, playing cards, and napping in front of the fireplace and woodstove. We especially like having the spacious and separate dining/living/family room areas for watching TV, listening to music, reading, etc. On our summer visits we spend most of our time outside on the expansive decks, taking in the ocean sounds and fantastic views. This home is centrally located, a very short walk to the beach, and close enough to town to walk for groceries, breakfast, or afternoon latte. Manzanita is our favorite Oregon beach town, and this is our favorite place to stay. Thanks again!

Manzanita is very charming and we loved the easy walk to town. We had such a great time in your home on our vacation. Everything we needed was provided, and had all the comforts of home. Your home is so spacious, and we had many family dinners around the dining room table and outside on the decks, as well as many pleasant evenings in front of the fireplace and woodstove. The views were outstanding from all of the huge windows throughout the house. We are planning when we'll rent your beautiful home again!

You have a lovely home. Everything about it was great! Thanks for letting us spend our week in Manzanita in your home. The wine was a nice touch, and the crabs from the Jetty Fishery were delicious. Thanks again!

This is a wonderful house that we've rented several times for gatherings with both family and friends. It's comfortable, versatile, and the views are stunning! Our favorite place to rent in over fifteen years of exploring Manzanita so far.

We have enjoyed staying at Manzanita's Bellevue for several years now. The views are spectacular. The extensive decking and spacious living areas make it possible for our family of ten to be together, but also find plenty of space for solitude. We enjoy cooking and eating together. The kitchen facilities and the large, comfortable dining area suit our needs perfectly. Over-all, a stay at Bellevue is a highly relaxing, uplifting experience.

The home was great! Highly functional for a family week at the beach! Located in a lovely location, views incredible and local town quite charming! Would have been nice if there was a small refrigerator and perhaps a microwave downstairs to make it more convenient to get refreshments. However, all else was good!
