Stayed at Calypso 1906 for the entire month of November, and loved everything about the condo. Nicely decorated, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you need. Next to pier and Pier Park is across the street. Even did some exciting Black Friday after Thanksgiving shopping. Highly recommend this condo. The view is fabulous! The owners are very accomodating.

My family and I had an awesome time. I have been to PCB many times growing up an hour away and this was the nicest place I have ever stayed. The condo was just as advertised and in some ways better. Owner was very easy to work with, he answered all questions and made the process very easy. The whole property is top notch and this particular unit is too. We saw dolphins and rays from the balcony almost every morining. Calypso is the only property that is really walking distance to Pier Park unless you really like to hike. We plan to return (which in my opinion is the highest compliment that can be given to a rental).

We don't expect a renter should or would need to clean the rental when they arrive to feel comfortable. In addition, we also strive to provide "what you see - is what you get -- or better -- from our pictures on line."
