'Do Beurguine' is located in the heart of the Bois de la Chaize, 80m from the Souzeaux beach (Noirmoutier-en-l'île). The house is in the center of a garden of 2,000M2 in a very quiet and residential area of the Bois de la Chaize accessible by sandy paths. 3 double bedrooms, 1 single and 2 children's bedrooms with bunk beds. the house is suitable for 6-7 adults and children. A large family bathroom (wc, bath and separate shower), a separate shower room (shower and wc), an en-suite shower room (shower and wc) in the double bedroom upstairs and an outdoor shower (with hot water) for beach lifts. The dining room with 5m ceiling opens on one side to an open kitchen with central island and to the living room on the other side. There is a terrace on each side of the house (dining room side and living room side). All floors are parquet, with underfloor heating throughout the house
