An all season get-away where the heart of the village is a short walk, (NYA, restaurants, churches,etc.) and you can enjoy all the amenities. Yarmouth is one of the most bicycle friendly towns in the state. You can start right from your doorstep. There are many walking and riding trails throughout the area. There are many pet friendly parks nearby.
The house has an open concept to help with your busy vacation. The master bedroom has a half bath attached. The bedrooms have a rustic tone that reflects the historic age of the house.
Portland is 15 minutes away and only ten minutes away is L.L. Bean. Freeport has some of the finest retail shopping in all of New England.
A well behaved pet will be considered.
50% Deposit within 7 days of booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

My sister and I had a delightful experience in your home. I traveled from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean. It was clean and well cared for and in a very convenient location. We enjoyed our stay and were able to see family members who lived in near-by towns and have them visit us on Summer Street. I would recommend this rental with high marks, and would consider renting again if the need arises. Thank you for being helpful and pleasant to your guests.

I grew up in Yarmouth and wanted to visit my old stomping grounds with my family. We had a wonderful time in this very comfortable and well laid out home. I highly recommend it and the owners were very accomadating.

We had a very nice stay in this Yarmouth cottage. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need for cooking, cleaning, entertainment, etc. The cottage was clean and filled with comfortable furnishings. I highly recommend this rental to anyone wishing to visit Yarmouth or the Portland area.

We were very pleased with the apartment, especially since it turned out to be only 2 blocks from our family members in Yarmouth. It's clean, cozy and affordable. We hope to return next summer.

Very nice place with a well furnished kitchen, (no dishwasher, however), cozy living room and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Small porch and picnic table outside in a quiet neighborhood setting. 5 minute walk into town, 10 minute walk to Royal River Park. Yarmouth Restaurants - Cheap: Pat's Pizza, Medium: 233 Grill, Pricey: Royal River Grille. 15 minute drive to Portland and Freeport. 30 minutes to Beaches in Scarboro or Bath.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming cottage. Neat and clean and everything is nearly new. Location is within walking distance of Yarmouth town center (ice cream!)and also central to all of area attractions.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this vacation rental in Yarmouth. Yarmouth is a charming small town convenient to both Freeport and Portland. The street the home sits on is very peaceful and convenient to the town. The home itself has been beautifully restored. Everything is brand new and very clean. I would recommend this home if you are planning a trip to Maine!
