The second bedroom has a double and twin bed with a private bath and plenty of room if you need to bring a port a crib for a little one! The family room boasts a large screen cable tv with a DVD and VCR. The sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper and can easily accommodate two additional people. A full size refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove make your vacation complete. Enjoy breakfast at the brand new kitchen table before you head out for a relaxing day.

We a family of 5 and we stayed in this condo the 2nd week in August 2011 the condo is very well located it is in a short walking distance to the beach and has a terriffic pool. However we were not pleased with the overall aspect of the condo , not very clean,1 shower was not in working order.very little kitchen space it is impossuble to cook a meal suited to make sandwhiches We were unable to use the kithcen because it is very badly equipped ther are very little pots and pans and the ones that are there are rusted or the teflon has been scraped off. Also the patio is to be used by all condo owners there are appoximatly 6 patio tables for over 50 condos therfore it is like winning the lottery to get to use them same thing applys for the washer dryer since most of the time they are out of order and you must wait in line to use them. This condo shoild be renovated to reflect the rental price and it is vey small for a family of 5 it is best for 3 peolpe and the price foer 1 week should be Max $1000.
Owner response:We appreciate your review, regardless of your negative tone. We have rented this condo for 4 years now and you are our first negative review. The kitchen is not advertised as a full kitchen. It is considered a galley kitchen with a full refrigerator, 2 top stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots pans, plates, etc... The pots and pans are 1 year old and if they were in bad condition we would appreciate you letting our building manager (who you met upon check in) know. We have an extra set of pots, pans, dishes, comforters, etc all on site for situations such as this. Complaining after the fact does not help anyone. We had a new vacuum cleaner sent to unit during your stay. Our on site maintenance man tried to deliver it and you would not accept it. You said you were busy and you did not order it? You were asked on several occasions to remove your towels and additional personal items off the patio and railings. I had 3 calls during the week regarding you. I have never had to be called regarding a tenant before. I apologize if the vacation was not what you had hoped it to be.
