Once you have arrived at our Bali Hi, you will discover no reason to venture out. Personally welcomed by our staff, you will relax in the spacious comfort of Bali Hi. You will enjoy our endless beaches abundant migratory and local birdlife. More than half our yearly bookings are repeat guests who keep coming back for more. From our Bali Hi it is only a few minutes’ drive to the island's best restaurants, shopping, and all the other island activities.
Our guests exclusively enjoy the beautiful 40' x 20' HEATED POOL and spa. Volleyball, basketball, pool toys, kayaks, beach accessories, pool loungers, umbrellas, covered lanai seating, and patio tables for gathering by the pool ... we provide everything you might wish for. Additionally, we maintain the estate’s own private beach with many teak loungers, market umbrellas and multiple sun decks. An EXCLUSIVE SUNDECK area between beach and house allows for private sunbathing.
We also feature a gazebo, cabana and beach pavilion that are elevated to enjoy shade and great water views.
…and your kids will love our private PLAYGROUND right on the beach.
The wraparound deck is only one step above the sand, facing the gulf and offers multiple outstanding eating & seating areas – great for grilling or dining OUTDOORS. On the southern side of the house is a private entrance with an outside shower for your guests.
The interior of Bali Hi is comprised of heart pine flooring and bald cypress wood walls throughout the entire house. This finely furnished, COMFORTABLE home provides all the amenities you might wish for – from our GOURMET kitchen, which lives up to chef standards to our office, where guests can conduct business even on vacation. The estate offers hi-speed wireless internet, PC, printer, fax, long distance phone service and 2 line accesses.
The central FAMILY ROOM has 20' periscope sliders that open to the pool deck. The room is equipped with flat screen TV, 120 channels including premium cable (digital HBO), DVD player, and surround sound with indoor/outdoor speakers. The family room overlooks our private beach, the pool and playground areas, while the breakfast nook is surrounded by sliders with views of the Gulf side areas of the house. You can also enjoy our spectacular Gulf views from the gourmet kitchen - while preparing snacks or a family dinner.
The second, more formal LIVING AND DINING ROOM is removed from the common area of the home and offers a QUIET atmosphere. Entrances to both the front and back of the home are easily accessed from the wraparound deck. The formal dining area is just off the gourmet kitchen and has seating for 10 vacationers at a glass topped dining table. The living room has a fireplace, a big screen TV with a VCR and 120 channels of premium cable. Continuing through this room is the entrance for two guest rooms complete with private bathrooms.
Both GUEST BEDROOMS are set aside from the hustle and bustle of common areas and furnished with high quality beds – two queen size beds in one bedroom and one king size in the other. Both have TV, premium cable and VCR's, private bathrooms, ample closet space and additional storage.
Bali Hi's elegant MASTER BEDROOM suite encompasses the entire second floor of the main house. The suite has an Olympic queen bed, and two private outside decks with the most beautiful view over the gardens and the Gulf of Mexico. You can oversee swimming in the pool from the north deck or enjoy some private time and one of our fabulous sunsets on the southwest deck. The spacious master suite bath has both a Jacuzzi bath and a large glass enclosed shower. It offers plenty of space and storage.
Additional sleeping quarters are located in the property's guest house, COCCOLOBA COTTAGE, which sits just a hop, skip and jump away from Bali Hi main house. Coccoloba Cottage has been utilized for older children, the nanny or the larger family also visiting. It offers additional privacy. The bedrooms are furnished with two queen beds in one bedroom and one queen bed in the other. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Coccoloba Cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a comfortable family room. Two balconies overlook our lush landscaping.
Packing for Bali Hi is easy, as we provide for or our guests: iron, ironing board, hairdryers in all bathrooms, high quality bedding, bath linens, pool towels, and a starter kit including dishwasher soap, powder laundry soap, dish sponge and soap, paper towels, compactor and trash bags, toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Our ISLAND GETAWAY is about a 45-60 minute drive (40 miles) from Fort Myer's Southwest Regional International Airport, a 1 hour drive from Naples, and 2-3 hours from Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Our family of 10 grandchildren and two sets of parents joined us for a wonderful week at Bali Hi. We were impressed with the attention to the details of hospitality, especially welcoming to families with little children! It was a dream of a vacation for all of us, especially the privacy of the beach areas, pool, and playground. The floorplan made handling our large crowd very pleasant, with two living areas near the kitchen and the open plan kitchen and family room area. We recommend Bali Hi to anyone wanting a tropical getaway!

Garney and Carolyn celebrated their 50th Anniversary with children Andrew & Garney III, their spouses, Bryan and Bath Anne, and their grandchildren Laura, Caroline, Brennan, Rachel, Andrew, and Ethan. We all agree that Bali Hi is that special island that's saying "Come to me, come to me!" What a lovely experience this has been with so many amenities and something wonderful for all ages. This was our 4th time to Bali Hi, we usually visit in the fall but decided to come in May for our wedding. We were married on Friday May 21 on the beach first before sunset. Everything was perfect! Mike and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that it was perfect! A special thanks to Nacho for all his hard work! We are in love with this place and can't wait to get back!
