Located just two blocks from Main Street in the Historic District, this house is beautifully furnished with antiques and original art.

Walk to harbor,restaurants,movies,Fuller Street beach,bike to Katama. One block to shuttle bus for other island towns or beaches. No need to worry about parking.

One queen, one full, two twins. High Speed Internet. Unlimited Long Distance phone service. One week minimum in summer, three night minimum in fall. Renovated in 2006. Central air conditioning and wood burning fireplace. HDTV with home theater.

The new gourmet kitchen is equipped with: Crownpoint cabinets, granite countertops, Dacor stainless professional range and hood, GE microwave, Bosch dishwasher, Vino Temp wine cooler,Jenn-Air french door refrigerator, washer and dryer.

The newly completed screened three season room with bluestone floors, automated skylights and ceiling lighting, is an outdoor living/dining room with wicker furniture. All three baths have been newly remodeled. The yard is landscaped and private, with a bluestone patio, teak furniture,a garden with automated outdoor lighting, and irrigation system. Weber gas barbeque and a large outdoor shower. Parking for two or three cars.

Those attending a wedding on the island, we are located two blocks from The Whaling Church,St. Elizabeths,Dr. Daniel Fisher House,St. Andrews, and 4 blocks to the Federated Church & Edgartown Yacht Club.

Saturday to Saturday (other days may be available). Check in 3PM
Check out 11AM. Security deposit is $600.

Cleaning fee of $150.

Bikes, baby furniture can be provided for an additional fee.

  • What a wonderful time we had at this property. The kitchen was great - we enjoyed breakfast there each morning. Our weather was not the best - quite cool and some rain - but we kept nice and warm inside. The location was great - just minutes away from all that Edgartown has to offer. One night we were going to have to wait an hour for a table at a restaurant, so just walked home and had a glass of wine before walking back for dinner. We had our 20- something children with us and nobody had to drive anywhere after dark. A real plus. The house was perfect in every way.

  • My wife and I love this cottage. The location is in the heart of Edgartown with easy walking to numerous restaurants, shops, beach and the cinema. The cottage is perfect. The kitchen is a dream to cook in. The cozy fireplace and enclosed porch are great for reading or playing board games or puzzles. The very private yard reminds us of the "secret gardens" in Charleston. We've stayed 2 years in a row now and will continue to make it an annual trip.

  • We've stayed at this house regularly over the last 15 years, even before the current owner, and loved it. We missed it for a few years when the ownership changed hands but were thrilled to find it back on the market again and even more thrilled with the recent renovations and improvements! It made a perfect vacation home even more so. The in-town location is great, and the house is in pristine condition and very tastefully decorated. Highly recommended.
