Perched atop a rocky bluff in a secluded cul de sac, our waternest is designed to capture a panoramic view of mountains, ocean, marina and gardens. This view is enthusiastically declared, by all who visit, to be one of the best in Vancouver. As our guest, you may relax and be entertained by the activity of sailboats and yachts cruising in and out of Eagle Harbour or enjoy the parading cruise ships drifting through Howe Sound. Or you may choose to amble along the sprawling Seaview Walking Trail located just steps from your front door.
The master bedroom reveals breathtaking views of Eagle Harbour, Howe Sound, Point Grey and Vancouver Island and features a king-size bed and an en-suite executive bathroom. The lower suite includes a three- piece private bath, queen-size bed and sliding doors opening upon the private southeast garden patio.
Neighbourhood attributes include the western trailhead of the Baden-Powell Trail, Gleneagles (a public nine-hole golf course), as well as a new Community and Fitness Center.
Waternest is less than 90 minutes south of Whistler Ski Resort, 20 minutes northwest of downtown Vancouver, one mile from the Horseshoe Bay ferries that take you to Vancouver Islands and the Sunshine Coast, and two and a half hours from Seattle. Proximal attractions include Vancouver's famous Stanley Park featuring the Vancouver Aquarium, seaside village and marina of Horseshoe Bay, Grouse Mountain Gondola, Lighthouse Provincial Park, and Whytecliff Provincial Park.
