This is an updated & well maintained two + bedroom, three bath ski in/out Condo at the Iron Horse Resort located at the Winter Park/Mary Jane ski areas in beautiful Winter Park, Colorado.
To ski or walk to the Winter Park base area where you can catch lifts to both the Mary Jane and Winter Park trails, you simply take an elevator to the fifth level of the resort and step out onto the trail. You return to the resort via the same trail, but entering through the Mary Jane ski area.
The unit includes 1500 sq feet of beautiful living area with a large main living area(the living room becomes another sleeping area with it's queen size sofa sleeper & queen size murphy bed and a folding room divider for privacy) and a full kitchen and dining area. There is eating space for 3 at the kitchen counter in addition to a dining table that accommodates eight.
A full bath is located in the hallway between the main living area and the master bedroom - which has another full bath (jetted tub) and great views of the ski mountain. The second bedroom has two full size beds, full bathroom and efficiency cooking facilities within the room. A deck is located off the living area and overlooks the Fraser river surrounded by trees.

Condo is fantastic! Better than pictured and plenty of space for a group ski trip. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation and the owner is wonderful to work with. Iron Horse is a great complex with on-site rentals, two large hot tubs + pool, and its the first shuttle stop returning from the base. I'll look here first for my future Winter Park visits!

WOW! is the least I can say about this experience. We just got back from a ski vacation and we could not be happier with this condo and owner. We had five adult guys in this condo and we had plenty of room to get away from each other. If you are depending on the fold out beds for sleeping arrangements look in the front closet for an inflatable mattress. We worked with Peggy to get us discounted lift tickets as well as this condo. We have been looking in VRBO for years however we have found our condo for any upcoming ski trips. huge kitchen, bedrooms, dining area, huge deck as well. It also has a gigantic ski light to let in lots of natural light.

The condo was perfect, very easy to get to the lift and back to the condo when we finished skiing. The condo was bigger than we thought it was going to be and everyone had a place to sleep, great hot tub even when it was snowing 16 inches in one night. Thank you so much for the great place to stay, we will be back.

What a great condo. Very spacious with all the extra details. Friends of ours rented through Iron horse directly and paid hundreds of dollars more for half the size rooms and less amenities. Peggy goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is great.

We rented the condo in Jan '07; it met our needs perfectly. It's wonderful( and easy) to ski in for lunch, relax a bit, then back out for more skiing. The sleeping accomodations allow for alot of flexibility. The whole family loved it and we plan to rent again in '08. BW, Lubbock, Texas

This is a very spacious unit with a well laid out floor plan. Our party was made up of 3 seperate families - 6 adults and two children. There was ample private space (sleeping, bathroom, etc.)as well as a very large social area that could be made private by a retractable wall. This unit could easily accommodate a party twice our size depending on the sleeping arrangements required. Easy walk to the short downhill run to the base lift, the hot tubs, pool, exercise room and bar. We all liked this unit so much that we have moved Winter Park up on our list of favorate ski destinations. We will be a "return guest" recommend this unit highly.

I stayed here during the wonderful Colorado summer and the experience could not have been better. The unit is very large with ample ammenities. The location, connected to the Winter Park Resort, is perfect as well. Great condo!
