Ilchester Place leads off Kensington High Street and is considered one of the residential neighbourhoods of London. Our apartment is on the 5th floor of an elegant 1970s block that commands fine views over Holland Park. The flat has a light comfortable feel, and is in excellent decorative order throughout. The spacious living-room has windows overlooking trees, the tennis courts and cricket field. It is very comfortably furnished.
Next door is the very modern kitchen with all possible appliances. The master bedroom has a king double which can also separate into two single beds. It is very attractive and quiet. The second bedroom has a single bed with trundle bed below. The main bathroom is tiled throughout and has a power shower over the bathtub and next door is a further 'half' bathroom with basin and loo. |
