As with any real estate, LOCATION MATTERS! Our Bristol Tower, 20th floor 3 bed and 3 bath unit has the most spectacular combination of expansive, unencumbered views, privacy and amenities. A close examination of condo properties will reveal that only a very small percentage of units offer the ability for guests to lounge on the balcony without facing other condos and/or being within direct view from the walkway below. At the Beach Club the very best views face slightly to the West. Look at our pictures and you will observe the balcony view looking off to both the East and the West, virtually unobstructed. Not to mention outstanding views out the back of the unit! Now compare with other units. Many look into other units. If the view matters and if privacy is a consideration we welcome the comparison!
This is a premier, Club Level, 3 bedrooms and 3 bath unit at Alabama’s finest destination luxury resort. The Beach Club is a fully self-contained state of the art complex offering an unsurpassed variety of activities, luxury and conveniences for the discerning vacationing family. Be it the onsite fine-dining (or casual if you prefer), 5 pools, 4 hot tubs, professional tennis courts and play ground or nearby championship golf (Kiva Dunes is but a mile away!), the Tanger Outlet Mall and the infamous Florbama country bar (think Jimmy Buffet), your every entertainment need can be met! For the history and nature lovers, within a short walk, there’s birding and hiking at the 6,500 acre, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge along with the grounds of historic Fort Morgan.
The top several floors of the Bristol Towers are designated “Club Floors” offering significantly upgraded amenities to the units. Ours offers a tasteful nautical motif with original art, thick granite counter tops, beautiful travertine floors throughout accented with tropical wood furnishings. We have continuously up-date the entire unit. Replaced very recently include all major kitchen appliances, the furnace and air conditioner, most all the lounge furniture and all flat screen TV’s/DVD’s. A unique feature recently added for safety and luxury, is the all glass, center-entry shower door system, to the master shower/jetted tub area. The center door articulates both 120 degrees into the shower and 120 degrees out of the shower area replacing the traditional sliding doors that can be very difficult to navigate. We pride ourselves in the attention to detail to provide an “error-free” experience for our guests.
In addition to spectacular panoramic views offered by the nearly 200 square foot deck, there is high-end patio furniture including 2 fully reclining lounges, a table which can accommodate up to six and an additional sitting area with 2 swivel rockers and end tables. Be it having morning coffee or evening cocktails and dinner while watching the sunset, you will be spoiled!
Our kitchen not only contains newly upgraded appliance but it offers the adventurous cook about every utensil needed for whatever dish you wish to prepare. We are surprised by the number of guests who have commented about the completeness of the kitchen! The tropical wood dining area comfortably seats 6 at the main table and is augmented with two place-settings at the nearby counter/bar.
The living area has in-place seating for seven to include a large couch (convertible), three chairs and a leather, European recliner and ottoman. It is designed with convenient access to the large flat screen and surround sound entertainment area were you can watch your favorite DVD or access the 100 plus TV channels of our premium entertainment package. The main amplification unit has connectivity for your ipod. The custom made floor to ceiling draperies (in all rooms!) allows for a “dark out” for optimum daytime viewing of your favor movie or to take a casual nap on the couch or recliner.
The Master bedroom has its own access to the balcony. The comfort afforded by the king-size, luxury padded bed may entice you to purchase one for your home (as we have done). There is a 36” flat screen TV with the same premium entertainment channel access as the living room as well as a DVD player. The tropical décor will elicit a feeling of being “in the islands.” An important feature you will be hard pressed to find anywhere is the shower stall access described earlier. The center entry is not just a convenience. To us it is essential!
The “second master” bedroom, located at the opposite end of the unit faces out over Mobile Bay. On a clear day you can see all the way to Mobile! There is an equally comfortable queen bed. The décor is brightly tropical. It has its own flat screen TV and DCD player. There is a full en-suit bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds along with its own flat screen TV and DVD player. Just across the hall is located the third bath which is also accessible from the rest of the unit for daily use.
VALUE MATTERS! Not only are we competitively priced with other 3 bedroom units (even though our unit is at the high end of amenities offered), when you compare with the 'big boys' who manage multiple condos you save hundreds. We only have this one unit and do not pay a third party charge which can be over 30% of the total. While there is an additional small charge for the club use (should you want to use it) you do not pay the fixed 7% resort fee, either.

Rates are subject to change until confirmed and do not include 8.5% tax. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment usually by certified or bank check. Personal checks accepted with advanced payment to allow time to clear.

About the owner: Carol and I are native 'New Englander' and have grown up near the sea. We have lived in several states and have also lived in Jamaica. We have been avid sailors through most of our lives.
We chose the Fort Morgan peninsula and the Beach Club in particular, for it's tranquility among the finest beaches in the USA. Our family gatherings have included our two sons' families with four grandchildren.
