This three bedroom, two full baths luxury Condo features two balconies one adjacent to the living room and the other to the master bedroom with a total of 1978 square foot of living space. This gated community with secured parking garage is nothing short of spectacular.
The main balcony overlooks the clubhouse and pool area plus two great views of the ocean with an additional balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the nature preserve. There is a TV/DVD player in each bedroom.
The living room offers a big screen television, with DVD player and stereo surround sound. There is dining room seating to accommodate up to ten people and three bar stools off the kitchen. The entire area provides a huge entertainment gathering.
The Condo is beautifully decorated with "Tommy Bahama" tropical look. The master suite with a king bed is decorated with a tropical island feel with a cherry desk. The second bedroom has a private bath, queen bed, ample storage and closet space. Our third bedroom has a day bed that opens to a king and all are furished to to enhance that "tropical beachy" feel. Each room provides you with all the comforts of home, complete with cable television.
Stroll the shaded complex or rent the pontoon boat from oceanwalk management for a lazy day on the water. Take the private entrance to the no drive beach to enjoy the beautiful blue ocean white sand and see the turtle mating grounds.
For the golf enthusiast there are many area golf courses. Try out the 18 hole Municipal Golf Course, Hidden Lakes or Turnbull Bay Golf Course, or play the 27 holes at Sugar Mill Country Club, a Joe Lee designed championship course. Many more excellent courses are nearby.
The beach access is located just across the street and there is a wonderful man-made nature walk out into the preserves behind the Condo. The development also has a shuffleboard court.
Enjoy the really great restaurants in the area. Start the day with breakfast on your private balcony or visit several of the inexpensive breakfast spots throughout the town. Visit Disney, Universal, Sea world, Cape Canaveral or Gatorland when you tire of lounging by the pool.
